I wan to make use of audible. I live in Cape Town. When signing up - it says my email is already in use. when using it and inputting the top, I get told the account is on hold and to contact you guys. Yet I need to be logged in to contact you?? I get told I will receive emails to correct but nothing ever gets sent. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I am literally attempting to BE A CLIENT with little to no help from anyone to correct this

We ordered a cell phone from Amazon which was never received. We have sent numerous emails to numerous different email addresses and no one from Amazon has bothered to reply to us. We order off Amazon often and have never had this issue before and never received such shocking customer service.

I ordered a cellphone for about £910 from Amazon.co.uk - supp**** by Box (https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?seller=AXGEUC00TYC0X) to be delivered by DPD to Bishop's Stortford. Amazon, Box & DPD insist the phone was delivered but the house owner wasn't even there on the day they claim to have delivered it. The "proof of delivery" photograph proves nothing as it is simply a picture of the plastic packaging! Amazon refuse to refund the price and say this is highly likely a case of ***** on my part!

Complaint Against Amazon I purchased a juicer through Amazon and initiated a return and refund process in accordance with the platform’s stated procedures. Despite fulfilling all necessary steps, the return was not completed,and the item was not collected. Worse i paid for delivery to said address yet hes now unreachable and doesn't even answer my requests on the platform, Attempts to communicate with the seller have been met with silence, and when I posted publicly about the issue, it was ignored—demonstrating a clear disregard for customer care and responsibility. Amazon’s platform should ensure sellers remain accountable and responsive. In this instance, both Amazon and the seller have failed to uphold the expected standard of service. As a result, I am left with an unresolved issue and no resolution timeline. Requested Actions Amazon: Immediate resolution of my return and refund request. Funny enough I was a victim of task mall withdrawal problem . They assigned me to complete 6 tasks I am done 5 of that 6th payments after recharged they were not responding. Searching for how to get my money back a friend at work recommended MRS Purnimabarik via (https://t.me/Purnimabarik) who she helped her recovered $89,979 from an investment advisory crypto **** so I message them and to the glory of God behold my money of about £8700 was returned from the Task mall **** platform. I purchased an item online. I contacted them immediately to inform them that I accidently gave the wrong delivery address. Customer support told me that I must tell the hotel to deny the package in order to get a refund. They did so on various occasions. When checking on the status it said signed and delivered. The hotel sent an email stating that they did not sign or receive the package. I've been trying to contact customer service and keep getting an error. Not only is the website not user friendly, the limited customer service was poor and contacting them is nearly impossible. I still haven't received any support. I would not advise using this platform and will definitely not be a returning customer.

I ordered sprit vinagar and received HARDWOOD varnish. Not only did this mess with my time I now have to go to the store to return this item. And I still haven't received my ordered item so I have to re order and wait again and hope they get it right this time. Also I must wait for them to refund me so I am out of pocket paying twice for the item they messed up. No apology no discount nothing but an inconvenience to me. 😭😭😭😭😭
