Complaint Against Amazon I purchased a juicer through Amazon and initiated a return and refund process in accordance with the platform’s stated procedures. Despite fulfilling all necessary steps, the return was not completed,and the item was not collected. Worse i paid for delivery to said address yet hes now unreachable and doesn't even answer my requests on the platform, Attempts to communicate with the seller have been met with silence, and when I posted publicly about the issue, it was ignored—demonstrating a clear disregard for customer care and responsibility. Amazon’s platform should ensure sellers remain accountable and responsive. In this instance, both Amazon and the seller have failed to uphold the expected standard of service. As a result, I am left with an unresolved issue and no resolution timeline. Requested Actions Amazon: Immediate resolution of my return and refund request. Accountability from the seller or a direct intervention by Amazon. An explanation for the delay and poor communication Contact number 083 599 9922 Order number 406-0357586-5863522

Funny enough I was a victim of task mall withdrawal problem . They assigned me to complete 6 tasks I am done 5 of that 6th payments after recharged they were not responding. Searching for how to get my money back a friend at work recommended MRS Purnimabarik via (https://t.me/Purnimabarik) who she helped her recovered $89,979 from an investment advisory crypto **** so I message them and to the glory of God behold my money of about £8700 was returned from the Task mall **** platform. There is hope to get your money back if you reach out to MRS Purnimabarik .

I purchased an item online. I contacted them immediately to inform them that I accidently gave the wrong delivery address. Customer support told me that I must tell the hotel to deny the package in order to get a refund. They did so on various occasions. When checking on the status it said signed and delivered. The hotel sent an email stating that they did not sign or receive the package. I've been trying to contact customer service and keep getting an error. Not only is the website not user friendly, the limited customer service was poor and contacting them is nearly impossible. I still haven't received any support. I would not advise using this platform and will definitely not be a returning customer.

I ordered sprit vinagar and received HARDWOOD varnish. Not only did this mess with my time I now have to go to the store to return this item. And I still haven't received my ordered item so I have to re order and wait again and hope they get it right this time. Also I must wait for them to refund me so I am out of pocket paying twice for the item they messed up. No apology no discount nothing but an inconvenience to me. 😭😭😭😭😭

its been a rig-ma-roll of bad endless experience with amazon its a freaking nightmare i agree with another customer here "they want sales" "but there is zero care afterwards" they debit my account without my permission and a item arrived here at my door by DHL whom is just as ************* to help im sitting with a item which does not belong here and after many cancellations on their website before the item even left there warehouse.....it still came to my front door after another 20 emails of trying to get their attention of cancellations after a few weeks still to no avail they did not give me a tracking/waybill/carrier number i cant return it cause they dumb when they read mail swear there is kids working there who cannot answer me one question or help or forward me to the right departments still no help they dont even respond with the right words or help regarding the specific email i sent the only email i have gotten back is "how is our service please rate it" there was also a response with a email from them to cancel a order which is absolutely irrelevant and nothing to do with the order in question that really needs to be cancelled they took R9000 out my account and i am sitting with a item dont order from them you have zero gaurentee of any help or service with any issues they incompetant when i ordered from wootware or takealot and canceled or returned a item it was within 3 days and getting my money back no hassle no fuss but amazon has no good customer service this is pure theft on my account

living in the UK I participated in Amazon Job Task Mall and pocket option bitcoin trading, and I cannot express enough how much I despise these ****bags. Literally whenever people ask me my nationality I just tell them I'm British because *******s like these give us a ********** reputation, not to also mention they **** other Indians too. I bought a laptop on amazon and it did not appear on my orders. I directly connected with amazon three times. I let them know that my master depends on it if they wont be able to deliver it for tomorrow (today) I would fail therefore If this is the case I need to look in to other opinions. All there customer support **** to my face and they said that it will be delivered on time. Hoever I checked today again and they said the same thing as the other customer support. I said that they **** and laptop is not arriving and I wanted to complaint but they did not take me seriously and started to give me short answers. As I tried to explain my situation the maneger asked me to end chat by saying is there anything else 3 times while I was still reporting the issue. Huge company like amazon should be trustworthy. I will never buy from amazon again. Now I will probably fail and my 15.000pound is gone for nothing. DONT TRUST AMAZON!!!
