abhorrent clìent of mtn i have a pocket router with business, it ws recently flagged for ***** and It was suspended yet every month it was being debited, what's worse my account was said it was blacklisted because of non payments and recently it has been cleared from ***** i then decided that I'm closing off account yet they still billing me even to date and they not helping me with anything they not keen in resolving my issue my cell number of the pocket router is 0838427305 it has been going on for over 3 months and they not keen in helping because one is an African had it been a fellow white brother their issues would have been escalated ASAP it is regretful to note that you call,write emails and still not get it resolved efficiently

Complaint Against Amazon I purchased a juicer through Amazon and initiated a return and refund process in accordance with the platform’s stated procedures. Despite fulfilling all necessary steps, the return was not completed,and the item was not collected. Worse i paid for delivery to said address yet hes now unreachable and doesn't even answer my requests on the platform, Attempts to communicate with the seller have been met with silence, and when I posted publicly about the issue, it was ignored—demonstrating a clear disregard for customer care and responsibility. Amazon’s platform should ensure sellers remain accountable and responsive. In this instance, both Amazon and the seller have failed to uphold the expected standard of service. As a result, I am left with an unresolved issue and no resolution timeline. Requested Actions Amazon: Immediate resolution of my return and refund request. For over two years, I have raised repeated concerns about unauthorized and continued debits from my account by Fidelity SecureDrive, despite not actively using their service or having functioning devices. I even escalated this issue via email to a senior representative last year, yet no corrective action has been taken. They continue to debit my account quietly, without confirmation of service usage or consent. This behavior is not only ********* but may also constitute unauthorized billing practices. It is unacceptable that a service provider neglects both technical support and billing transparency while ignoring multiple client complaints. A full refund of unauthorized debits over the disputed period. Termination of ongoing charges unless explicitly authorized. Written confirmation that the issue has been rectified. I expect a formal response within 14 business days of this notice. Failing that, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter further to consumer protection authorities and/or take legal action if necessary. Abhorrent service from Fidelity drive I have been reporting to them as early as 2023 that my wrist device is not working together with my panic button and spoke to their agents informing them of such and nothing happened so I decided to reverse payments language they understand to get their attention. They only called for collection and later spoke to Tshepo Mathibe and they promised that they would investigate all calls and get back to me that was 2024 march 18/19 sadly to date I keep getting calls of being asked when am I paying what's sad I spoke to Tshepo that business was debiting me yet device not resolved what's sickening is that till to date my account is being debited for a device that they know are informed is nor working for years but no one cares clearly I feel victimized by business and that they are not sincere or interested in helping me to start with. I doubt if it was a fellow white South African it would have been swept under carpet like my case has been without any consequences taken against members or better yet resolving my case and keep me updated with updates on my case sadly, having to feel helpless having asked for assistance but a black childs voice is not loud enough to get bare minimum of service I pay for worse I gave business for over a year in writing to get helped not forgetting on calls from their call centers indicating that I'm having a challenge that was 2023 not sure of dates but an investigation that took over a year should've covered everything by now and I'm saddened by fact that I'm paying for something not working for 2 years
So I was in contact with Modercare regarding my juicer extractor and fact that it's not doing it's use and fact that I need to get refunded for it , we agreed and he promised to call me back once he recieved the order that was on the 6th order was with delivery company till the 20th and they have been trying to get hold of him till it was being returned to me, sadly I have paid for delivery and worse I'm stuck with order I'm not happy with after effort I took to communicate my dissatisfaction to him I'm really disappointed by this ou
I called business on the 19th June to cancel my package because I got better offer, and i wasn't told that i would be debited, called in again to say I was debited and I have called in to cancel and was told it would take 14 days to to correct this issue and I'll be refunded and I understood that the are processes in place. Fast forward to July 25th I'm still debited instead of refunding me I'm told it will go on till August. I'm disappointed by them because I had to cancel the package I was going to get from their competition but I still wait for my refund hopefully with immediate effect
It's sad that we are having challenges as a country and one has to add old mutual to my challenges been trying to call business for over an hour no one picks up kept on being informed I'm no 1 on the line but call never gets answered and I'm not sure if they are aware of how cost of living is very high I can't also add budget for them .I'm disappointed to say the least, I worry of me being stranded 😪 it's not looking good actually I'm moving from them I think my way is still best unlike people who don't care about their clients. If you call and you are number 1 clearly it's not busy no excuse to be waiting for over an hour
Kfc gauteng, so a friend of mine was fired because they are forced to get us to donate R2 and me personally i don't agree to this system because they never give feedback as to how that money was spent. Yet they bully their employees to make sure that they make certain percentage for R2. I move that this should be s****ped because giving is a free will
