I am very disappointed with the service and food quality from KFC in Jean Avenue, Centurion. The lady at the drive through had me repeating my order 5 times. She still got it wrong and charged me incorrectly. After expressing this I was dismissed and told that they will give me the correct items. ( never mind overcharging me). I got to to collection to be told to park. I told them that my order was incorrect and to call the manager on duty. No manager came and I was dismissed again. I waited 10 minutes for my food and still no manager after asking again and being dismissed. The food tasted old and was bathed in oil. ( honestly disgusting). I logged a complaint on their review site requesting a call back and received nothing. Will definitely not return.
I purchased an item online. I contacted them immediately to inform them that I accidently gave the wrong delivery address. Customer support told me that I must tell the hotel to deny the package in order to get a refund. They did so on various occasions. When checking on the status it said signed and delivered. The hotel sent an email stating that they did not sign or receive the package. I've been trying to contact customer service and keep getting an error. Not only is the website not user friendly, the limited customer service was poor and contacting them is nearly impossible. I still haven't received any support. I would not advise using this platform and will definitely not be a returning customer.
I went for my nails in November at sorbet Jean Ave. After only two weeks the product started lifting and looking bad. I contacted head office and sent pictures as proof being promised that someone will be in contact with me soon. It’s now March and nothing has been done. Their fees were the same as Tammy Taylor’s and the quality was disgusting to say the least. Would definitely not recommend.
I am utterly disappointed with this airline. They overbook flights. So you end up arranging everything around your flight time just for them to reschedule your flight without asking or taking your time in to consideration. You pay for service and this is what you get? Absolutely not a value for money. In fact a major inconvenience and disrespectful.
