I wan to make use of audible. I live in Cape Town. When signing up - it says my email is already in use. when using it and inputting the top, I get told the account is on hold and to contact you guys. Yet I need to be logged in to contact you?? I get told I will receive emails to correct but nothing ever gets sent. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I am literally attempting to BE A CLIENT with little to no help from anyone to correct this
Spur Waterfront (Santa ana) My son and I share a birthday, this was the first time going to my favourite restaurant on this day. I communicated what we wanted to our first waiter who when I wanted to update our order with found handing it over to another as I think he's shift was ending. This is where it all went downhill. I communicated to her that it was both myself and sons birthday. Ended up waiting 30min for food, no apologies, no wishes even - on a day I'm watching others being sung for, my son experienced nothing. He received his food 20min before me and I had to ask for his cooldrink after my food came. He ended up drinking his own water with the food. I had ask about my beer, which she didn't know about and when asking at 30-40min where is my food as we are time sensative (two birthdays with a busy day planned) - I was simply asked should they put it in a doggy bag. Mind you, I watched people arrive after us and get served their food before us. They brought my son's cooldrink with his 'birthday' ice cream with no singing or anything. Even watched a group of them get ready to sing right next to us - for a different table. Not once were our table checked on, the only interactions that took place was us looking for the waiter. Very disappointing and gave a bitter taste to the rest of my birthday to be honest as I normally love spur. We didn't even have placemats for our food. My son had one s**** of the ice cream and we ended up leaving. Still, no apologies, no notable wishes - won't be coming again.
I ordered one of many items. It took 3 days to receive my order. Of the 4, 2 was booked for return. One return was declined by the warehouse. It has now been 6 days and counting since confirmation of declined return and I HAD TO CONTACT MYSELF AFTER 3 DAYS WHEN WILL I GET THE ITEM BACK IF NOT REFUNDED. 6TH DAY (today) and all the agent can tell me is the returns policy as in the declined reason??! As mentioned in email, 6 DAYS THEY HAVE BOTH MY MONEY AND ITEM AND I HAVE NOTHING?? would the service be the same of resolving if I had both the item and didn't pay for it??? Very unsatisfied! My gripe was never with the declined return. I would have gladly continued shopping here, but u have broken my trust! Imagine sitting without R1400 and still have no item 6 days and still counting!? I could've have ordered a replacement in a much shorter time. This doesn't encourage me to order anything again. And I reiterate, no money, no item, but it seems like no problem to your company!
Bought 2x cellphone covers. 2x cellphone protection screens. Key ring and a power bank. Not even 2 weeks later, one cover falling apart already and crack on screen. Went today, was told my fault for screen, but will replace the one cover. The minute i complained about the screen guard i was told to come back with slips and they won't help me anymore. (they asked on the day after the sale to pay cash, which was alot, yet i still complied). Terrible service. Extremely bad quality products and very rude agent. I was told in the beginning of the complaint he doesnt know about the seller and he doesn't work here anymore, but after the other agent who said he is his brother confirmed the guy who sold it is sick today. Lies and deception. Was told i can report them, they don't care.
