I signed up for the free trail. I however cancelled prior to the trail end but could not find options to remove my banking details. I never signed up for prime video but they took my money just now. Went on live chat Ritesh was supposed to connect me to South Africa chat but he just left the chat. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE AND I DO NOT WANT MEMBERSHIP TILL 15 JULY 2021
