I paid the full subscription price on the 24th of January 2023 only to be informed on the 30th of January 2023 to update my subscription payment again!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I can't send an email with my query or get anyone to assist me!!!!! This is so frustrating!!!! I would not recommend amazon prime in South Africa.

Even though I pay my subscription every month they frequently kick me out saying it's expired. When I try to "renew" they don't give me an option. When I try to cancel so that I reinstate my subscription they give me a notice period. And today when I played a movie the sound of the movie was playing but the screen said that I need to renew... What are these people smoking?

I am in South Africa and canceled my subscription but yet money was taken from my account. I have been trying to call the customer service but they keep on telling me to call south african branch but theres no contact detail for south africa. This is totally useless how am I suppose to get my money back?

I signed up for the free trail. I however cancelled prior to the trail end but could not find options to remove my banking details. I never signed up for prime video but they took my money just now. There have been Amazon Video deductions from my bank account for a few months now. At first I tried to find out for what it is for via email. The consensus was always the same. There are no subscriptions linked to my account but still the money was being deducted every month. I went to my local bank branch and they informed me since this is a debit directly via my card info they cannot help me I must speak to Amazon. Amazon on the other end tells me since my account has no active subscriptions they cannot help me and I need to sort it out with my bank but still they are taking my money. I would like assistance

What a sad company use are "pride" yourself upon principles, codes of conduct and process yet managers scare you into resignation and then when they don't get their way They then go further steps and unfairly dismiss you Take you to HR to have a meeting yet nothing was put on paper No meeting minutes or correspondence And then you also get taken to HR after hours when actual HR is not there and just any random person can sit in the HR office and say they HR No paperwork was done No correspondence was done Nothing was followed as per labour law and amazon so called policies and codes of conduct It's no wonder customers are constantly complaining And I am not the only person to be subdued to this, however I am not going to let this slide and allow business to come over to other countries to break laws and subjugate us to unfair business practices I'm sure this is not the way Jeff Bezos wants his company to be run but this will be going to all platforms of media both in South Africa and internationally
