We have been with cartrack for years. Then when I decided to double check that all our cars are still covered by Cartrack I found that some of our cars aren't listed and there are cars listed that don't even belong to us! We requested them to come out and ensure all our cars are fitted correctly with their product, but no one bothered to phone back. When we phoned to enquire we just told that someone will contact us and they never do. So we decided to cancel our account. We tried to cancel in March, no one was able to help us or log it on the system. We tried to cancel again in April after the debit order was still running. Then they said we need to complete forms and pay the cancelation fee. We did this. Then when the debit order ran again in May they said that only 1 car was canceled. We then requested that they cancel all the cars. The debit order ran again in June. Now apparently they only submitted the cancelation at the end of May (we canceled on the 10th of may, again) so the cancelation time frame has not yet surpassed. This is honestly the worst company ever. Please, please rather make use of Tracker! Tracker is amazing and they were able to assist us so easily!
Even though I pay my subscription every month they frequently kick me out saying it's expired. When I try to "renew" they don't give me an option. When I try to cancel so that I reinstate my subscription they give me a notice period. And today when I played a movie the sound of the movie was playing but the screen said that I need to renew... What are these people smoking?
Hi thought this was a good hospital but when we took our colleague to the er for a cut wound they started taking a lot of liberties for financial gain and we were still getting bills more than a month after the incident happened. Rather go to a hospital that actually cares about the patients.
