I have been trying to cancel my fibre contract numerous times but everytime They transfer me to cancelations i either get cut off of put on hold...
I applied online for a new contract on the 7th of December 2022 and I am still waiting for my device to be delivered... They said they received stock on the 30th of December and that the phone will be delivered by the 10th of January and then it never came.. Phoned again they said there's no stock and because it's a double deal it's been delayed... We are going on 2 months now
I asked checkers a while back where I can get a new power cord for my electric pan i bought from checkers and they informed me that they do not keep these on hand and then they contacted the suppliers and they sent me a new one free of charge.... Thanks checkers for the amazing service
We are renting a place through seeff Lydenburg. We got instructions from the owner of the place that we must be out by end of June 2022...but we still have a contract until January 2023...they say there's nothing they can do about that its the owners command.. So who is going to give me a place to stay do I hold seeff liable or the owner?

I am in South Africa and canceled my subscription but yet money was taken from my account. I have been trying to call the customer service but they keep on telling me to call south african branch but theres no contact detail for south africa. I am now been threatened to be handed over to the credit bureau because my mtn account is in arrears. But why do you still take a debit order when i canceled the debit order 5 times already? Everytime i call for you to switch on my phone you say there is a penalty for the debit order but how many times must i cancel my debit order? Now i am responsible for your mistake.
Have been struggling just to get my policy started. They keep on saying I have an outstanding balance and I keep on sending my policy schedule with the right amount. The debit order went off on Saturday and still my car is not yet covered. If my car is not covered tomorrow I will be finding me another insurer who is capable to help me
