There have been Amazon Video deductions from my bank account for a few months now. At first I tried to find out for what it is for via email. The consensus was always the same. There are no subscriptions linked to my account but still the money was being deducted every month. I went to my local bank branch and they informed me since this is a debit directly via my card info they cannot help me I must speak to Amazon. Amazon on the other end tells me since my account has no active subscriptions they cannot help me and I need to sort it out with my bank but still they are taking my money.
I would like assistance
