There have been Amazon Video deductions from my bank account for a few months now. At first I tried to find out for what it is for via email. The consensus was always the same. There are no subscriptions linked to my account but still the money was being deducted every month. I went to my local bank branch and they informed me since this is a debit directly via my card info they cannot help me I must speak to Amazon. Amazon on the other end tells me since my account has no active subscriptions they cannot help me and I need to sort it out with my bank but still they are taking my money. I would like assistance
I am constructing a resedential unit in Moorreesburg Western Cape. I need to include infrastructure and pipes for telecommunications for future connection with Telkom having a pole on each side of the erven. I have been trying, without success, to contact Telkom for assistance, looking for a technician to come and assist me (like they did 7 months ago). The number I used last time no longer work and the Call Centre cannot help me unless I supply them with a Telkom phone number whereby they can contact me. I work on a construction site. There is no Telkom connection, hence they cannot help me unless I supply a Telkom number. I honestly do not understand how this company does business. There is no longer any contact details on the internet for local technical centres. Even Open Serve (new technical department name) has zero way of making contact. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
I don't understand why we need to sign a contract with Vodacom if they change the agreed amounts without my signature. Once again the prices have increased R50 per month fromR400 to R450 mid contract. How is this acceptable practice. This keeps happening and they keep getting away with it because people cannot afford to go to court with this.
