Pathetic institution
What a poorly managed institution. Listing me ********ly on NCR. Been fighting for more than 6 months for them to rectify their error.

Poor attitude and poor service.
Handed in samsung watch for repair. (Not connecting to phone). Received a costly quote. Accepted quote. When I received the watch after repair. It did exactly the same. Not connecting to phone. Handed it in again. When I received it back, supposedly fixed it did the same still, not connecting. Handed in back again. Was then told I need to pay R150 to fix the problem. Emailed the store manager as he was not available. Emailed again and ccd Vodacom customer care. Still no response and no indication to assist. Poor customer service.

Bullying one into a membership not knowing you agree to paying thousands of rands for face wash. They tell you that you can cancel your membership at any time. Not so. Be very careful

Paying for service not received
Paid for a added service, but have not received. Contacted Vodacom for a refund or to resolve the issue. No assistance, only automated email response.

Unfair unreasonable ludicrous payment claims.
Visited Nelmed last year. They claimed from medical aid and received payment from medical aid. Medical aid confirmed this. Nelmed kept insisting that they were not paid. We then settled amount as per their statement. 2 months later we are being harrased again by Nelmed accounts for the same amount. They want to be paid 3 times for the same consultation. If you query this they hand you over to lawyers, who is equally incompetent.

Poor service, bad attitude. Unlawful i52% increase.
Terrible customer service. Poor communication, some departments cannot be contacted telephonically only via email. Poor responses. Unwilling to assist customer. 52% increase in contribution payment. When we want to discuss this ludicrous increase we get unclear and Poor explanation. This after they claim only 7.9 to 20% increase applies. Pathetic customer service
