As much as Amazon is amazing, helpful and easy to use I have a very bad experience on it. I lost $332.94 trying to buy Samsung Note 10 and two other items. I made an order whilst I was at the Ship on my way to Houston Port in a hope that I will get my order there. I was told that I will receive an OTP Number but I didn't instead I was told that my order couldn't be delivered because it was damaged. I tried to cancel an order but I was told I can't because the order is already out. I waited and as we move to order Port we usually lose Network and internet access but as we reached other Ports I tried again to even chat with customer services but there was no help and I even took screenshots of all chats. It was June 2023 when I placed $332.94/R6300.00 order, up until I finished my deployment and went back to South Africa with no way forward and I was told that my order is old they can't make any refunds anymore. So I really have a bad experience and I still wish I could get my money back and buy at least a Tablet because that Samsung Note 10 I was buying it intentionally for business. purposes.
