I received a damaged product and logged a return. They told to pay the P&P to return it them (international: South Africa to Scotland), but what they are willing to reimburse me is barely a third of what it will cost and over 3 times the cost of the product.
So I wrote a scathing review, which they refused to post, because it was about packaging. No Amazon, it was about your poor customer service.
