I am very upset, as I cancelled Prime video last year durin October and my last payment of R229 was during November 2025. This was deducted from my cheque account, the only account that I authorized.
Today, R179 was deducted from my credit card account. I did not authorize this and have no subscription with them. I am trying to reach them via the email address they provide, then I am sent back and forth to the Prime video app, but you cannot communicate with them. I consider this as ***** and want this debit order to be reversed immediately.
