Unsatisfied Customer

VERY UNSATISFIED AS PRIME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR I have a Amazon / Prime video account and for more than 2 years i cannot add more family members. I have sent several emails for help in this matter.

Now if i try to log in my account it says "account log" due to other activities. Again several emails and no help.

But they do deduct the fees every month
