19 Nov 2025, 14:11I have went to the shop today as they refused to fetch my clothes and exchange them. When I got there they said no refund which is them denying me my consumer rights. I shopped for other clothes as the dresses I ordered only had 3xl nothing bigger. I took 3 dresses that amounted to R700 and the ones I was returning was R760 so I wanted to take a belt but the belt was R90.I returned the belt and asked for R60 change, he said zI must send my banking details on WhatsApp, I then said rather refund all my money if you going to tell me to send a WhatsApp. He then said it's not his fault that I ordered wrong size and by the way there was black 2 piece that I ordered 3xl and they send me XL.The black lady that was helping me went at the back and came back and said they say you must give her it's small money. He threw my clothes and the lady asked for a plastic and then he said use her old plastic, then she said she came with courier plastic. He threw the plastic,money and receipts and moved away.After spending R1300 on this shop I didn't even deserve a plastic. There's zero customer service and zero consumer rights. I advise people not buy from Embassy in Lillian Ngoyi Pretoria especially online.
