It was a bad experience, I ordered online but when I asked for exchange they said I must come to the shop within 7 days. Why would you sell online if you can't exchange online
I have been a student there part time for two years and their customer service sucks. They only care when you are a new student after you pay you will sort yourself out.Getting results is a hussle. I have been waiting for my results since December until now, I logged in so many tickets without response so today I went to campus with the hope of being helped but they told me my results doesn't reflect on my transcript and they called Denise from faculty of education and she said it's a national problem there's nothing she can do imagine. How long does it take to upload marks & verify them.I losed my time and my petrol and I don't owe them a cent. I need the transcript to apply for my honours and look for a job but Varsity College doesn't care. My experience as PGCE student there was a nightmare, I will never reccomend it to anybody.
I took my car for car inspection on the 26th August 2023. Firstly when I parked my car, it only had a chip but when I pick it up it had a crack which I never questioned because a chip can turn into a crack. The vehicle inspection stated that my car exteria was unacceptable but my car doesn't have a scratch or a dent maybe the windscreen is the one that made it unacceptable fine. Then He went on to say the car has functional deficiency and defects and exceptions and under defects He put windscreen cracked replace. I replaced the windscreen and did inspection through rasberry one now Bolt is declining my car saying it has functional deficiency. This morning I called Dekra automotive egoli to ask which functional deficiency do I have to fix because the certificate doesn't say then I was told that my car only had defect which is windscreen replacement and as for functional deficiency it was a typing error.I then went on to ask since they did an error how do I get a certificate that doesn't have an error? They responded that I must bring my car in and pay R241.00 again. I feel mistreated and I feel ****** on the other hand Bolt can't help me because of their error. So they are making money twice by giving me a vehicle inspection that has an error. I am defeated. The examiner at dekra egoli was Charles Homan.

I then asked them since my car is being rejected because of the functional deficiency that it doesn't have, how can I have this error removed from my inspection? They said I must bring the car in and pay another R241.00 so I can get a right inspection. I feel used, cheated and ****** right now and the fact of the matter is now Bolt can't take any inspection apart from the one from Dekra.I am defeated, instead of making money I am losing money because of someone's mistake. The sales person Kutloano was excellent, and gave me a speedily service. I would recommend Rain to anyone when it comes to customer service.
I was helped by Sabelo Khumalo, he is polite and well spoken. He knows his products and values customer. He had patience and was willing to help.I am happy with Rain thus far.
I have been a client of this company even though is not direct but through skylink fibre and ihappifyfibre which are both their service provider. When I was with skylink if I encounter technical problems I would contact linteg support and get help. Last month I decided to use ihappifyfibre as service provider, then they didn't send me an invoice, they suspended my account without even calling me or anythìng. I called them, they send me an invoice and I paid immediately mind you this was 2 invoices the one for half a month of February and March full month. After I paid no reconnection I logged a ticket to Linteg. They closed my couple of tickets telling me to call ihappifyfibre. I called them trying to explain that I settled my account but I was told that they can't help me. One of the technician Nqobile said she will send me instructions to configure the rooter myself, waited and never received. Brian (technician) kept on closing my tickets without even calling to find out what was wrong. The fact of the matter is I have paid for wifi but my rooter is connected without internet until now and no body cares because they have their money. By the way the reason I decided to leave skylink fibre is our contract was 8/8 download/upload speed but everytime I checked it was on 3 which made it impossible to watch Netflix and every time I complain they took it up and then diwn again. Linteg doesn't care about Naturena clients because it doesn't have competition but it's days are numbered.
