I had enquired about my account for my Wifi and as promised my account was NEVER credited as promised in August 2023, I was in such shock that I had still being paying full fees yet I was promised last year by a lady from iHappy Fibre that we will be credited the advanced payment as i had to pay twice, all my payments were always paid in advance and I was **** to. The lady had ****med alot of people from this company and when followed up they acknowledged that the company took an advance of so many peoples money. I have been fighting this for 3 years now. Imagine the low income earners who really needed the money and you ****mers really stole from all of us.

I am owed a refund of 399 and it has been 2 years waititng on this refund. I was using them and was told that I will be changing nextwork prividers after i had paid my monthly installment. Was told i will get the refund back however i got an email saying i am owing them. Lol. The last person i spoke to said the refund will take 7 working days it 2 years down the line and we still waiting on a refund

They are avoiding the fact that they have **** to us all who had paid in advance after the lady said she will refund me my advanced payment, after numerous emails and calls etc. NO RESPONSE! I will now be taking it to task! My lawyers will be sending you correspondence. I would pay triple the amount so I see you going to task and lying to so many people!

I was a client to one company that had a contract with iHappifyFibre to provide us internet. I paid in advance then the contract was terminated between this company and iHappifyFibre. iHappifyFibre requested all the details so they can process the refunds. I provided everything and 1 year later I still haven't received my refund, at first they would answer my calls, as time went by, they stopped answering totally. I tried contacting them on facebook account and they just read the messages and not respond. The worse company when it comes to customer care. Do business with them at your own risk

ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Do yourself a favour and read ALL reviews. PLEASE Not enough space to enlighten you on HOW bad this company is. Debit orders taken from my account 7 months after cancelling service . To date R2097 owed to me. NO response. NO emails rep**** to. NO reaction. ONE empty promise via my call. Ha ha.

Sadly there is no 'star' for zero ZERO rating . This company has 'taken' over R2000 from my bank account. After cancelling services 6 months ago. ..and they still do not answer calls or emails. I just need an explanation. Do you still exist, iHappifyfibre?????? I smell a RAT. Next step

I wrote a review re: Nightmare. Just getting worse!!! STAY AWAY. CANCELLED services Sept 2023. They debited my account till end Nov - numerous calls and emails from my side! Eventually 'ticket closed' Ah ha! my relief short lived.. Now they just debit my account with R699 pm. Nice! Totaling over R2000 by now. Unsolicited debit orders. No reply on emails or phone calls. NOT OK! I wonder from how many other unsuspecting customers are they 'taking'money???

I have literally never experienced as bad internet provider as Ihappyfifibre!!! I have been so frustrated with this service, especially because there is NO service at all!!! From the start, I have been struggling with them. My internet doesn’t work for days at a time, and if you ask for support (if your lucky, they might answer),no one knows what’s going on! The just switch off my depit order without informing me and shuts down my internet due to outstanding amounts. They are very quick to respond if there is an outstanding payment (which is not even your own doing) but when you actually needs there help, they don’t reply emails or answer calls. It feels as if I am running into a wall over and over again!!!!!!! How can one business be so bad???!!!!
