I had enquired about my account for my Wifi and as promised my account was NEVER credited as promised in August 2023, I was in such shock that I had still being paying full fees yet I was promised last year by a lady from iHappy Fibre that we will be credited the advanced payment as i had to pay twice, all my payments were always paid in advance and I was **** to. The lady had ****med alot of people from this company and when followed up they acknowledged that the company took an advance of so many peoples money. I have been fighting this for 3 years now. Imagine the low income earners who really needed the money and you ****mers really stole from all of us.
I have been sending numerous emails and have had no response! One of your consultants sold me the iHappy fibre and now they refuse to refund alot of people. Why is no one responding to this! It has been a year and I will now be taking you all to task with the law!
They are avoiding the fact that they have **** to us all who had paid in advance after the lady said she will refund me my advanced payment, after numerous emails and calls etc. NO RESPONSE! I will now be taking it to task! My lawyers will be sending you correspondence. I would pay triple the amount so I see you going to task and lying to so many people!
The consultant was friendly and very attentive to details qnd advised accordingly.

Game Umhlanga Store have the most incompetent managers and staff! On the 21th August 2020 our 55'' TV was booked in as we had purchased an extended warranty. The TV was not coming on and it was still under warranty. My dad (who is disabled) had to carry this TV into the store which then shows the staff and management his extended warranty papers only to be met with rude comments and confused staff as to what he was talking about, this alone took 3 hours to book in. Why are you offering extended warranties when your incompetent staff does not know what that is! We had then followed up continuously! Over 90 calls later!!!!!!! No one from your call center, complaints or store is able to locate our TV and doesn't know what we are talking about! They kept saying we understand and we do not have the reference numbers because nobody EVER gave us reference numbers except the numbers printed on the receipt which you people cannot pick up on your system! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES. 3 Weeks ago a lady called from the Umhlanga store that they located the TV(which they lost). TODAY 19 OCTOBER 2020! NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US SINCE 24th September 2020 (which to me they tried to buy time to tell us they finally found our TV!).... My father who is disabled had to purchase another TV as the TV is now taking over 2months! This has costed us even more hassle and wastage of time, money, airtime, petrol and numerous calls to your call center who NEVER ANSWERS! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM GAME SUCH AS TV's, PHONES(STAFF STEALING SIM CARDS AND CUSTOMERS ACCESSORIES AND WHEN COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT THEY DO NOTHING!) , DECODERS ETC, ALSO PLEASE ASK YOUR STAFF TO AT LEAST SMILE AND SEND THEM FOR TRAINING ON HOW TO USE COMMON SENSE! If no one contacts me in the next week, i will be consulting with the consumer act attorneys!
