Unhappy customer

The worst app ever ,why would i subscribe to an app that I’m paying every month,shouldn’t you charge my service provider to this *** app,I’m paying the unit and I have to still subscribe to an app to track my car ,so basically I’m paying double for something that you should be billing your provider not the customer
