Poor service ...I've been waiting for someone to call me regarding my unit installed and assistance with the app yet no1 has called yet the service is absolutely pathetic to a point where I feel like canceling everything

I lodging an urgent complaint about the poor job you did in my car on Friday. My car was scheduled on Friday for fitment of tracker. After it was fitted I've noticed faults light on my dashboard and break light faults in the vehicle. I'm very disappointed with your poor quality job you shown. I've requested the technician to come to my rescue and I was so shocked to learn that I could not be assisted till today. I had to reschedule my trip to Eastern Cape and incurred unnecessary costs due you poor service delivery. I'm very disturbed and request urgent dispatch of technician to sort out my vehicle and remove this device which tempered with my car wiring system and cancel you poor service within 48 hours. It seem and suggested that your company racial profile it clients if one black man called for assistance you ignore our urgent request but if I was another colour you would have sorted the issue out they Racial profiling clients. The worst app ever ,why would i subscribe to an app that I’m paying every month,shouldn’t you charge my service provider to this *** app,I’m paying the unit and I have to still subscribe to an app to track my car ,so basically I’m paying double for something that you should be billing your provider not the customer

Good day. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my contract. Despite numerous emails, messages via the app, phone calls, and even activating the panic button, I have received no meaningful support regarding the malfunctioning armband device. I initially lodged a complaint months ago and was told by a manager that the matter would be investigated — yet to this day, no one has responded or resolved the issue. I have been paying monthly for a service that has not been functioning as promised — particularly unacceptable for a safety device intended to provide protection. The lack of responsiveness, the delays when the panic button is pressed, and the unprofessional attitude of staff when I call, are all deeply concerning. As a woman relying on this for personal safety, this level of service is not only disappointing — it is dangerous. I therefore demand the following: Immediate cancellation of my contract. A full refund from the date I first raised this issue to present, due to non-delivery of service. Should this matter not be resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels. I expect written confirmation of cancellation and details regarding the refund without further delay as it's been a year and I have proof of this on email and WhatsApp.

I have been kicked out of the app, been trying for 6 days without any luck. Callcentre staff not assisting or responding to emails, , spoke to different staff members today, being pushed from pillar to post. Service is very poor, how can I be paying for a service which is not being provided from Amber Cooect

This must the most unfriendly app I have ever used, the password application is so difficult you will have to reset your password every time you use this app because you won't remeber the acceptable password.

I have signed with them found their service bad wanted to terminate service now they say I must pay R1800 asked why cause its only a month which they said its trial period. Now when I login it says my subscription has expired
