Poor service ...I've been waiting for someone to call me regarding my unit installed and assistance with the app yet no1 has called yet the service is absolutely pathetic to a point where I feel like canceling everything
I've been calling from yesterday a refund was put through in September they say that refund is done but I have not received any refund in my account...the agent i spoke to was faith semofa shes absolutely rude and has no knowledge of her work kindly contact me ASAP regarding this query
Pathetic service my unit has not been working for 10 days when I called in I was told someone will call regarding send ing a technician out and still i haven't received the call yet

Received a call this morning regarding my service plan I did not get the agents name however I received the worst service till date she was absolutely rude upon me requesting answers about my service plan she then states "I don't want to add my 2cents comments" aswell as she continously laughed on the call..please can I request call recording for the call that was made to my number this morning on 0843768432 and also have this agent escalated
Pathetic service...waiting on refunds and payments yet nobody wants to assist they ignore emails completely i have been waiting for over 46 days for my refund to my finance house as my vehicle was written off and now I'm being held up for something that was added by the dealer which I was not aware of
Pathetic service from Boitumelo Sipoya, been given the run around since February for my refunds with no communication or feedback regarding my account yet , it has been past the turnaround time for refunds to be allocated and still haven't received feedback ..all she says is that she's going to escalate the issue every single time I call I get the same outcome
I have received pathetic service from Wesbank I had tried to call through since yesterday to speak to Tumelo Mokwebo each time I call I'm being transferred and it cuts off nobody calls me back to follow up nobody responds to emails the agents are so rude even by me telling them not to transfer me they put me on hold and transfer me where it gets cut off again and I have to start the process all over again
Absolutely terrible service from Hyundai Umhlanga Ridge. I have been trying to call through since last week to speak to Samantha Naidoo as NO OTHER PERSON can assist me with a letter to provide to tracker to have it cancelled and refunded as they are the ones who signed up 3 years in advance for . I have sent numerous emails with no response or even acknowledgement I even spoke to someone by the name of Elizabeth from the complaints department who doesn't seem to understand her job or how to deal with customer queries.
