Had a pleasant experience and good service from Jodache, Nolene and Palesa. Purchased a hyundai grand i10 premium. Was told roughly after 3 to 4 years I could sell it back to them and make roughly 10 to 20k. So will hold Jodache to that. 15May2025 see you in 3 to 4 years! Look at my sales above, now look at the after sales support PATHETIC fuel consumption is at a constant 10.8L per 100km, full tank is 35 liters 280km is maximum before refueling. I contacted services, and after sales, I did the tests they asked for, I did what they wanted and got a "YOU ON YOUR OWN" attitude back, i have to call in to follow up, they do not contact you, its been 4 months since the last email and still not a care in the world. Now let's name the people involved accordingly Rochelle Thomas, Liam Canham, Mahomed Moosa, Byron Stephen's, Brandon Carew. All have been tagged since the first email. Seems processors need to be changed if they all can leave a client hanging for 4 months and not bat an eye

I have been taking my vehicle dor a service ro Hyundai Springfield Durban... I have been having endless problems with a noise thats buzzing on my driver side seat belt after it was changed by the dealership Hyundai Springfield... I have sent my vehicle numerous times to have it resolved however to no avail... I have sent numerous messages ALL PROMISES & NO SHOW!!! I have tried contacting the dealership from person to person the line is transfered and no further communication... which is highly frustrating... I have never had this issue until they had changed this ... the manager does not contact you to further check if the service received was delivered

I purchased a brand new vehicle from them exactly 17 months ago, the vehicle started giving me problems and when I contacted them there was no courtesy just a quick SORRY SIR WE ARE FULLY BOOKED UNTIL NEXT WEDNESDAY...I am now stuck without a vehicle even though my instalments are up to date since the 1st month.

Hyundai Springfield Park At the end of 2023, I was in the market for a pre-owned Hyundai Staria 2.2D Executive. I viewed a silver unit at Hyundai Springfield Park and made it explicitly clear that I did not want an ex-rental vehicle. I later viewed a white Staria on the same floor and again stressed this requirement. I ultimately purchased the white 2022 model in September 2023 with approximately 46,000 km on the clock. Initially, the vehicle performed well. However, after adding about 140,000 km (bringing it to around 186,000 km), serious problems began. In December 2024, the vehicle went in for a service, at the time the vehicle performance was good and we had had no issues. The very next day after its service it was leaking oil excessively. After extensive back-and-forth discussions, it was admitted that the oil filter seal on the oil housing had been omitted during the service. No documentation at the Dealership was made of this and the new seal was replaced at no cost ? At the following service, with no issues reported, the same problem occurred again two days later—oil pouring out. This time, however, I was instructed to repair the oil housing at my own cost. From that point onward, the vehicle has not performed the same. Since September 2025, the Staria has been jerking intermittently as though it is being throttled. I have now taken the vehicle to Hyundai Springfield Park four times for the same ongoing issue. Each visit produces a different explanation. Today, the engine warning light illuminated, and the diagnostic report indicated a turbo-related fault. A tour guide of mine had already reported early symptoms which relate to notice of turbo failure months earlier, and that voice note is in the dealership’s possession—yet it was dismissed at the time. For the record, at the last service I requested a coolant flush, radiator flush, and turbo cleaner treatment. Despite this, the vehicle continues to deteriorate, and the dealership’s management repeatedly deflects responsibility. To make matters worse, there is no record on their system of the 31 December 2024 visit, during which the oil housing seal issue was addressed. The final and most concerning discovery: despite my clear request not to purchase an ex-rental vehicle, the Staria’s previous owner was Avis Car Rental. Furthermore, the service book reflects services performed at Avis’ own facilities—not always at Hyundai-approved agents. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I am not a satisfied customer, and the level of service received from Hyundai Springfield Park has been consistently poor. @Hyundai South Africa — I trust this feedback will receive attention. I can be reached at 083 779 6159 or denise@shakatours.com .

I wanted to purchase Hyundai for my business but it has been the worse decision. I should have just stayed with VW. Firstly this vehicle was bought 2024 end of July , the first week the clutch dropped so bad and was loose manager asked me to bring it in says it just happens but I believed something was wrong but he just readjusted it , ever since it’s been so low u literally have to press the floor board right in so does grind when changing gears , secondly service are done on time with them actually charging me R5000 for a service one time I have never experienced such a high amount for service in my life another reason wish I just stayed with VW , my car was service in October 2025 , they picked up a aircon issue they replaced the part , two weeks later the vehicle was smoking and car felt like was dying so I had it towed to hyundai Springfield on the 5th November , costed me R600 to tow it , Thursday 6th Rochelle called saying they need to strip the car and wanted approval which was given , Monday 10th I had to call in because no one bothered to advise the issue and this is a business vehicle I am currently having to u uber and paying high amounts everyday , she said it’s the bearing , the part will be ordered and we get car back Friday so we said ok nothing we can do , so yesterday my husband called in to make sure all in order and we will be recieving our car , Rochelle said she check and call him back , only to call him back and say that the part hasn’t been recieved yet , this morning which is Friday still no phone call , I called in now , was advised Rochelle and manager in meeting , I was put on hold for 5 mins before I cut the call to come on and hopefully get some answers and my car fixed in. As this is a business vehicle and my business requires this. I am currently shopping for two new cars for my business and because of these experiences I will never buy another car from Hyundai again! Also mind you that this was a brand new vehicle bought in 2024

The service I am receiving from Hyundai is really distasteful. I am not being heard. At all and feel so hurt. This is my first car!!! 😭😭😭 I have sent them videos showing them that the break lights are switching on on their own. They insisted I change the battery but again today the car is not switching on because the battery is low!!! I told them changing the battery was not going to fix the problem but they insisted. I don't have to go through this. They are unwilling to assist really. All that matters for them is me paying for parts of the car that do not need replacing. The issue is the break lights!!! No one wants to listen. No one wants to fix the main issue. What do I have to do?

Purchased a second hand Hyundai I20 1.2 premium from Hyundai springfield and made arrangements to fetch the vehicle a week later. Upon collection of the vehicle on the 30th July 2025, I noticed that the vehicle was damaged. The front fender had been knocked in. The bonnet didn't close properly. The lights didn't have the seals on. The Hyundai emblem was even coming off. The roof was badly scratched at the back roof. The rear had paint damage to it. I couldn't even use the vehicle on my birthday the 31st July 2025 as the vehicle battery was fault. The vehicle was collected today, the 06.8.2025,and no senior manager has inspected the vehicle before handing to me after the repair work. The vehicle was still not sorted out to my satisfaction. The team doesn't take customer service and customer satisfaction with care and urgency. I had paid full value for a damaged vehicle. I am not satisfied with the repairs done. I will not be dealing with this branch ever again. The sales team needs to be trained on service. As per Cpa law, don't sell damaged goods to a customer. Pathetic service at Hyundai springfield.
