Purchased a second hand Hyundai I20 1.2 premium from Hyundai springfield and made arrangements to fetch the vehicle a week later. Upon collection of the vehicle on the 30th July 2025, I noticed that the vehicle was damaged. The front fender had been knocked in. The bonnet didn't close properly. The lights didn't have the seals on. The Hyundai emblem was even coming off. The roof was badly scratched at the back roof. The rear had paint damage to it. I couldn't even use the vehicle on my birthday the 31st July 2025 as the vehicle battery was fault. The vehicle was collected today, the 06.8.2025,and no senior manager has inspected the vehicle before handing to me after the repair work. The vehicle was still not sorted out to my satisfaction. The team doesn't take customer service and customer satisfaction with care and urgency. I had paid full value for a damaged vehicle. I am not satisfied with the repairs done. I will not be dealing with this branch ever again. The sales team needs to be trained on service. As per Cpa law, don't sell damaged goods to a customer. Pathetic service at Hyundai springfield.
I had purchased a Huawei Nova handset from Telkom Pavillion at the beginning of this year. As of last month I had issues logging into WhatsApp, which I use socialy and for business purposes. There is an error that pops up saying that "you need the official whatsapp to log in" I had been to the Telkom Pavillion on three occasions. The first two occasions, a Telkom technician assisted whereby he deleted the WhatsApp from my device and he used the store device to log into WhatsApp using my details, to which he used the phone clone option. This resulted in the WhatsApp not being active for only a short period of time. I had to go back to the Telkom Pavillion a week later as the WhatsApp gave the same error message once again, as I couldn't log onto WhatsApp to communicate with my customers. I went back to that technician whom now admitted that it's a common issue. He proceeded to do exactly the same as the first visit, mentioning that the issue is now resolved. I was very upset as the following week I could not use WhatsApp. I made a call to the Telkom Pavillion branch on Sunday, speaking to the manager named Sfundo. Sfundo ensured that the Telkom technician and the Huawei technician will be in on Monday and that the Huawei technician will definitely resolve the issue and no further issues using WhatsApp on my device will occur. I had drove from Springfield during working hours to get to the Telkom Pavillion to which Sfundo was off including both the technicians. This really upset me. The manager on duty defended Sfundo making it my fault, saying that the schedule of technicians do change. I was told to come back to the store during a much later hour as the Huawei representative named Muzoli was out at 1pm servicing another customer in Hillcrest, and she had taken the equipment with her as she wasn't made aware that I would be coming to the store. The manager at the store was not very helpful. I had driven all the way today, making this the third trip to which there was poor communication between management and staff. The manager mentioned that it wasn't his fault and the Huawei representative will make contact with me and I should come back to the store during the week. This is terrible service. The Telkom Pavillion has disappoint me greatly costing me three trips on different occasions, allowing me to waste my fuel. Had I known that Huawei would be cutting off services to WhatsApp, I definitely would not have purchased the device. Very frustrating and very upset.
