Had a pleasant experience and good service from Jodache, Nolene and Palesa. Purchased a hyundai grand i10 premium. Was told roughly after 3 to 4 years I could sell it back to them and make roughly 10 to 20k. So will hold Jodache to that. 15May2025 see you in 3 to 4 years! Look at my sales above, now look at the after sales support PATHETIC fuel consumption is at a constant 10.8L per 100km, full tank is 35 liters 280km is maximum before refueling. I contacted services, and after sales, I did the tests they asked for, I did what they wanted and got a "YOU ON YOUR OWN" attitude back, i have to call in to follow up, they do not contact you, its been 4 months since the last email and still not a care in the world. Now let's name the people involved accordingly Rochelle Thomas, Liam Canham, Mahomed Moosa, Byron Stephen's, Brandon Carew. All have been tagged since the first email. Seems processors need to be changed if they all can leave a client hanging for 4 months and not bat an eye
ive signed up, very fast and very good, but the after service is very bad and later on, they dont even call you when your geoloc goes off. Ive asked them to transfer an account to the new owner of the vehicle, its been a month and they still havent done so! Pathetic service! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!

Thumbs up to the GM Kele Lekalake for the phone call to resolve my matter at hand, even though im not going on the trip anymore, she attended to my grievances and is handling the matter accordingly! Issues stated: 1. Price quoted was exorbitant compared to what i could get by a few google searches via booking.com and skyscanner.net 2. Making this matter a family conflict rather than dealing with the matter professionally by the said agent. Premature review prior to staying at the booked place. Big name, disgusting service. Ballito branch fehmidah manga is the agent, booked us in a hotel that has reviews of roaches and broken stuff. Asked for cancelation and was told it's a "special rate" so we can't cancel. 3rd party allows cancelation, hotel website states can cancel until 24hours prior to check in which we are well before 24hours Please stay away from the services sector if you're not all about customer satisfaction.

Been with them for about a year and my car has been better than roadworthy! really like their service and customer support! Speedy turn around times, other than the annoying assessor being sent out on every claim, they have been amazing through my policy journey! I have Warranty plan for my Audi and a step up policy. Uber eats once again takes 1hour 34mins to deliver and it seems like the driver took a joy ride with our food. Chips were not in the holders and alot of cool drink was spilt. Ali Bilal from the help desk was not helpful at all! Pathetic service!
