I had initially taken my vehicle to Tyger Wheel and Tyre at Springs Mall, only to later discover that my claim had not been logged with my insurer, M-Sure. Frustrated, I contacted M-Sure to follow up — and that’s when I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sipho Tivane. Sipho’s service was nothing short of exceptional. He handled my query with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, immediately taking ownership of the situation. He went the extra mile by connecting directly with Tyger Wheel and Tyre on my behalf and ensured that my issue was resolved promptly and seamlessly. I'm experienced a worst ever service from M-sure warranty service , its almost a month for a vehicle engine issue claim to be finalised, Supp**** all the required Docs...M-sure employing delay tactics , If not more documents, they ask a dealer for multiple assessment's and quotes adjustments . Also multiple discounts on the dealer quotation ,alll sorts of excuses are thrown just to deter a customer to claim. Miway and Msure are the most useless insurance company. Their negligence is about to make me loose my car. Sold a false warranty claim for me, gave me a repairer that knows abt fixing my car but damaging it more. For over 1 months now they not replying emails When I call they keep transferring me to different person. No single call back but when it’s payment related they re so fast to call you

I have struggled with the shortfall premiums claims department for over a week to process my claim. They will take you from pillar to post when you want to claim. At this point I have given them all the documents accept the assessor's report for my written off vehicle. My vehicle insurance cannot provide that document to M-sure. They are now refusing to assist me and they want me to send them written confirmation from my vehicle insurance. All the documents I submitted indicate that the car has been written off. These documents are: Agreement of loss from the Comprehensive insurance Proof of banking details Certified ID copy of the insured Confirmation of Settlement / Paid up letter from the bank Assessors Report from comprehensive insurance Proof of damage Full Accident Report Natis All these documents clearly indicate the car is written off. My new vehicle is also insured by this company and I am going to promptly remove it and find another shortfall cover insurance. The service here is **********. They will take your money every month, but don't you dare claim.

I have filled a claim with M Sure but my payout is addressed to MFC of which I don't owe then a penny. When I'm sending them mail to a clarity on that, no one is responding to my mail. All want is to know whether the payment will be paid to MFC or to my account. What I did this morning because there was no response from M Sure. I wrote a letter to MFC seaking clarity from them. I know they will respond promptly because they take their customers seriously
