Avoid at all costs
A client is in tears because Register Domain SA turned off her domain and therefore entire business demanding payment and then refusing to turn it back on. For 6 months we've been begging them to release the domain for transfer and they just refuse, even after the client paid them again with immediate clearance.

12+ Years as a Loyal Client with 25+ Services Ignored Over Fair Credit
I have been a loyal client for 12 years with over 25 active services. Register Domain SA is currently refusing a pro-rata credit for cancelled services. I believe this is a breach of the "fair reasonableness" expected of service providers. Despite my attempts to resolve this directly, the company remains unwilling to assist. I would appreciate your intervention in this matter.

Why I Trust Register Domain Over All Others
I have to admit, I am an annoying customer and at more times than I would like to admit. To the team there at Register Domain and to Alfred who I just got off the phone with. Thank you, thank you guys for always being patient with me. I am more technical than most but not close to your level "yet" Hence why I keep breaking things and you guys keep helping me fix them. I truly dont know what I'd do or where I would be without your support over the many years. You guys are great and genuinely in my experience have the best service out of so many registrars I've come to know since meeting you guys. Never stop serving the way you do in the manner that you guys do as well. Thank you guys. Raymond

Why I Trust Register Domain Over All Others

Register Domain un authorised deductions
I strongly advise anyone considering using Register Domain to stay away from this company. Since I started using them, they’ve deducted money twice for expired domains—yes, domains that are no longer active! When I contacted support to request a refund or at least a credit, they refused to assist. What’s worse is how sneaky they are. As soon as you enter your card details to pay for something else, they automatically use those same details to deduct charges for unrelated, expired services. This feels like a ****, and it’s incredibly frustrating and *********. I’ve had nothing but problems with them, and their customer service is just as disappointing. If you value transparency and control over your own payments, do not use Register Domain.

Excellent service, great platform.
Before joining anything, i do research on the company 1st. Decided to go with Register Domain SA. Looked at the reviews, and in all great reviews Chad kept popping up. Yesterday i needed support assistance, and i understood why. Chad i take my hat off. The support you provided was great and prompt. A company does not make itself, Register Domain SA needs to know you are an asset. Keep it up, which won’t be hard for you as i see it’s natural to who you are as a person. My website was up and running in less than the time he said it would. Give that man a raise! Register Domain SA, i look forward to the beginning of a life long relationship.
