I have to admit, I am an annoying customer and at more times than I would like to admit. To the team there at Register Domain and to Alfred who I just got off the phone with. Thank you, thank you guys for always being patient with me. I am more technical than most but not close to your level "yet" Hence why I keep breaking things and you guys keep helping me fix them. I truly dont know what I'd do or where I would be without your support over the many years. You guys are great and genuinely in my experience have the best service out of so many registrars I've come to know since meeting you guys. Never stop serving the way you do in the manner that you guys do as well. Thank you guys. Raymond
Good day, I have been waiting for weeks now for my Refund. I was told on Monday that it would be approved on Tuesday and I would receive it on Thursday (today). Still nothing has happened, I then went on Live Chat and the person there has told me to email this person and still no reply, you just get pushed to the next person every time. A few things I want to know is. When will I get my money back? Why has it taken this long? Why wasnt I told to contact this Email Address in the first place? The refund is over R3000!!!! They are very quick to take you money but to give it back, not so much! This is really an inconvenience to me and I am not happy. ref VOX10960556

Good day, I would just like to lay a complaint about my Samsung Galaxy Samsung Galaxy J7 Neo SM-J701M. I bought it from Makro, (Heidelberg Rd & Ascot Rd, Newmarket Park, Alberton, 1452) in November 2017. A few months later the charging port stopped working, so of course I took it back to Makro because it was obviously under warranty. I then went and collected it from Makro yesterday (17th of February 2018) and today (18th of February 2018) my battery got low and so I proceeded to put it on charge and it does not want to charge. I have tried to do some trouble shooting by taking the battery out and putting it back in and using multiple chargers, but still nothing. It doesn't charge. This is a massive inconvenience to me. I use the phone to use my text books for school. As it is my last year in school it is vital for me to have my books to study. Unfortunately I do not have the privilege to have a spare phone or tablet to use while it is in for warranty. So I would like to request either a swapout the device or lend me a temp phone while the phone is in for warranty. I've supported Samsung for many years and never have I have any issues like this.
