The service I am receiving from Hyundai is really distasteful. I am not being heard. At all and feel so hurt. This is my first car!!! 😭😭😭 I have sent them videos showing them that the break lights are switching on on their own. They insisted I change the battery but again today the car is not switching on because the battery is low!!! I told them changing the battery was not going to fix the problem but they insisted. I don't have to go through this. They are unwilling to assist really. All that matters for them is me paying for parts of the car that do not need replacing. The issue is the break lights!!! No one wants to listen. No one wants to fix the main issue. What do I have to do?

In a country filled with crime and *******ion, it's important to have an insurance company that will deliver their promise to its clients PAINLESSLY. I submitted my claim with Hollard insurance, administered by Sohva on Tuesday afternoon I called the them to report my phone as stollen. The very same time my claim was submitted and approved. They sent me a link to pay the excess fee a few minutes after the call had ended and I made payment. The next day I received notification that my phone was shipped and 3 days later I had a new phone. I can not express how grateful I am for them handling my case with such urgency and above all else the claims administrator that took my call was so helpful and professional. Joined this gym and my experience was great until today. Sabelo Bhodoza is an extremely rude fitness trainer. After so much effort we put as individuals to get back to shape and claim back our health, he feels its ok to just walk out in the middle of a class and tell us to "find someone else" to train us. I have never seen such and I am appalled by this level of disrespect. Some of us don't go to gym for fun, we go because our health is at stake and we are trying to live a little longer so we can raise our kids. I am never attending a class trained by him ever again because working with people is a calling he clearly doesn't have.
Patience from the Absa online department has no time of day for clients. Felt so little while speaking to her over the phone I dropped the call before I could even explain what I wanted because she dismissed my request before she could even understand me. Wow. People need to choose careers they love. You cannot work with people if youre always angry and bitter.
Me and my family always buy McDonald's and never have I received such bad service in my life. The worst part of it all is that the manager on duty made slay remarks about me to the staff without coming to me to find out what the issue was. I'm very disappointed by the way I was treated. From my experience in Business, you need to appreciate a customer that tells you when they are not happy with your product because they are the ones that come back but if we are going to be treated like nothing because we air our concerns it says a lot about the business and the management
