I lodging an urgent complaint about the poor job you did in my car on Friday. My car was scheduled on Friday for fitment of tracker. After it was fitted I've noticed faults light on my dashboard and break light faults in the vehicle. I'm very disappointed with your poor quality job you shown. I've requested the technician to come to my rescue and I was so shocked to learn that I could not be assisted till today. I had to reschedule my trip to Eastern Cape and incurred unnecessary costs due you poor service delivery. I'm very disturbed and request urgent dispatch of technician to sort out my vehicle and remove this device which tempered with my car wiring system and cancel you poor service within 48 hours. It seem and suggested that your company racial profile it clients if one black man called for assistance you ignore our urgent request but if I was another colour you would have sorted the issue out they Racial profiling clients. I'm so fuming and I can't help myself on this one, I feel I'm so helpless, valnerable and racially profile discriminated. I request for technical team to fix my car after it shows faulty lights (slippery sign, breaks, engine) lights on the dashboard after tracker fitments. On the same day after an hour noticing lights warning lights I urgently reported the matter but I was not assisted. I therefore requested the removal of device since it tempered with my electric system and I had to cancel my trip to Eastern Cape since it was planned long ago due to risks I've seen I decided to cancel it. Mind you all the logistics and money paid for the trip I had to suffer both financially and mentally. I sent numerous emails and call but I've noted that the company only act when it a white colour person as matter of urgency but when you are black they don't care. I bought the laptop DELL 15"6" INSPIRON 15 STOCK CODE 30042463 ERIAL NO. 2G2TRJ2 (invoice TRANS : ST120824NJIY110) on Monday the 12th of this month FOR R1999 and on Tuesday the next day I went to buy the mouse because the mouse on the laptop didn't work well so without wanting to make a drama, also because I liked the laptop I preferred to buy a mouse .Then the store employee told me that on Monday, the day before I bought the laptop, they gave me the wrong charger for the laptop and that I had to go back to change it, so when I return home from work I try to on The laptop doesn't show any signal and I take it back to the store. MManager says it could only have been electrical energy. (My question is how electrical energy can burn the laptop when it has a charger with sources to lower or level the power. electricity does not damage the computer?) Synonymous with this, I was given a charger that was not with the capacity of the laptop, highlighting that in the sales description it only said that the laptop only works when connected to the charger But the laptop own mouse didn't work as expected and that's why I went back the next day to buy a cable mouse, but that was my preference as I didn't want drama, but everything got worse because of the wrong charger. All happened within 4 and 7 days warranty policy was far to lapse since it was day 3. When i purchase this laptop my contact details was not asked and captured in my till slip nor invoice. Sales person name was not filled in the tax invoice nor signature which it a standard procedure for service provider. I did not made sign terms and condition when i was purchasing the goods. The manager is racial profiling clients, us as legal black foreign citizens are discriminated and our consumer rights are infringed and violated by XCash Exchange KwaDukuza Branch in KwaZulu Natal. On the 20th I received an SMS from nimble offering me 50% settlement discount to my Ackermans Store Account ref 3TN083703. I requested my employer to transfer my all Service bonus to their account on the 21 December as per our agreement to settle this debt. We agreed with their consultant name by Rafeeqah Neer that they will send me settlement letter once payment reflected on their side. I also sent them Proof of payment to fast track process of clear my Credit Bureau data but all went to vain. I tried several times to reach out to their call centre which their service so pathetic and poor their don't answered calls nor emails. This seems to be a **** and I feel so abused and ******* made payment to such **** , bogus, ***** company. I was so surprised to learnt that the account still not updated and money deposited was not allocated instead they took the money and then still accumulate balance yet the settlement offer was communicated prior deposit made. This company use racial profiling clients if your skin is black they treated you like cheap and undermine you.

But the overall service was horrible at the end cos I had to suffer great loss to hire Uber service for the during of processing claim yet my policy has such benefit. While i had to pay the bank the shortfall of R46000 since miway paid R285000 instead of what settlement stated, I had to pay over R36000 on private car hire since had to suffer more since car was written off. I am very disappointed by miway for not fulfilling it obligation on offering courtesy car after I requested this on numerous emails, I raised the request on Pule Tshwane, then Themba both were silent up until claim was settled then I was told I cannot get this benefit since claim finalized and policy has to be closed. It was in my policy and it was for days 60 days but miway ripped me off. I'm depressed and seek legal advise on how miway be so heartless and make me suffered so much. It been now more than two weeks trying to get hold of Themba and last i phoned i was told he was out of the office, when i send the email i received automative reply that he is not in the office. Today i called and i was told he was there then minutes later the Agent told me he is not there she will ask him to call back. I wonder what is going on with this company i ever trusted most now they become dodgy. If anyone can assist with bono legal and ombudman and SABC 2 speak out contact please im in the midfle of nowhere, it pillar to post.

This has been like this since Saturday, really this bank is pathetic and deserve no banking status, it not a bank but a bush. I also called for reinstatement of my account but they redirected my call to a banker whom never show apetite to respond to my request. Last time i went to my branch in stanger the branch was not operational due to destruction and looting took place in stanger during unrest. Now i made several calls and even emailing my banker to assist but never received positive response. This is really bad service for nedbank it has failed us dismal as clients. It really a white elephant bank lack customer service and poor business ethics.

In a mist of confusion, devastation, valnerable I have never thought someone can come to my rescue. She gave me her ear, i cough out, she listen attentively, she calm me down and she offered best service ever had with my entire life as a consumer. We need people of such calibre in our daily life expecially when dealing with customer cokpains and queries. She touched my heart and i was assisted in a a polite manner, Ethical, with great Empathy and effeciency. Good day. I took myway insurance on the 10th March 2021 for my new ecosport 2021, i was so happy the way they interact with me and again was advaned to install tracker to my new car to maximize security. For the past 3 months i was unwell due to covid pandemic, ive lost members of the family including my parents. I was tramatized in such a way i have to take leave of absent due to severe medical situtions. I was not myself i had to park a car in the garage since this was my second vehicle i bought and had to deal with my health t condition. I went through tough and trauma in my life i could not even respond to emails nor calls since my phone was inactive all the time. I recovered and as i was celebrating my recovery, i went through to my emails and find an email from myway notifying me of giving me 30 days to cancel my insurance. I had a sleepless night knowing that if i loose myway as my insurer meaning im living hopeless life again. I am so traumatize and devastated at the same time on why myway decided to take such a decision without considering my personal circumstances expecial during Covid-19 pandemic. I am so dissapointed at the same time hopefully that Myway as a caring ensurer and my favourite insurance which i chose from many will review and reinstate my car insurance immediately upon receing my plea. I never being disappointed by Myway they always supportive and making sure our assets are secured. I wrote this email as my heart is heavy and pleading for miway to reinstate my car insurance. Ive noticed debit order went through on my accoint on the 31 July 2021, but Ive also learned even my app profile was inactive.
