Was very satisfied with the service and the consultant who came they were very friendly & explained in detail their purpose n mission of the service rendered
Their service it's excellent. Monisha Laljeeth was friendly & fluent
I have signed with them found their service bad wanted to terminate service now they say I must pay R1800 asked why cause its only a month which they said its trial period. Now when I login it says my subscription has expired
So far I'm very satisfied with the service since I signed with them from 2018
I done upgrade before it’s due cause the consultant explained that I will only pay for old contract till it’s due then pay new contract after 1st one expires. Only monthend when I go to pay the bill was double n asked the consultant helping why she then revise the amount. A week after got message that have outstanding amount. Called the customer care the lady was so not helpful n kept saying I must pay. Monday my lines were suspended I then call again the guy explain then I made arrangement to pay on the 25th he said arrangements are only made on week days which agree to do payment on 27th. Line was activated the following day lines suspended done the calling game everyday only Saturday(today) was told that the arrangements were done that I will pay next day that I called which not sure why. Now been on line holding for more than 30 minutes to open a ticket. The consultant said his checking something not sure it’s strategy to be impatient n drop the phone or what
Had an issue with my account. I cancelled the contract with Telkom however they did not terminate it and kept billing me. Tried for year to resolve it eventually all balance was reversed and account its on zero
I had contracts with Telkom when the contracts expires I canceled. To my surprise they kept billing me. I called several times got stories from them. They confirmed the simcards were not used for 2 years, however they kept billing me. Tried to close the bank account they kept debiting. I paid the R880 to close the account. When trying to apply for loan was rejected cause I owed Telkom. Went to ABSA was told to pay R1839.77 which I don't have. On December 2021 contacted their Ombudsman till this day no response or whatsoever. Pls help so stressed
To whom it may concern I send this email as gallantry to express my frustrations and dissatisfaction. I went to Tamboti branch and added other contract to my existing contract, the consultant who was helping I clearly specify to her that it should be a pre paid line but she made an open line. To my surprise that monthend when I went to pay was given an abnormal bill, I disputed it but the lady who helped me insisted that I go to the branch I took contract, and I went there, on arrival they said consultant who helped me no longer working there. The consultant there told me she wont be able to help me I must contact the call centre, the call centre consultant said she will escalate and I clearly requested she put line on pre paid and she said she has put it to 0.00. I heard nothing from Mtn and my top up was loaded I assumed its resolved. As time to pay I went to pay and was told my bill R7500, went to the branch was told they offline and took my contacts nothing from Mtn, 2 days after payment lines were disconnected out of frustration I called once more only to get stories that my complain was not lodged. Monthend went to pay 2 days after once again lines disconnected. Called again and the lady said she will make arrangement that the line to be opened and has been. Month end July I paid routine repeated, I called only then the consultant (Mpho) took his time to go through the account and advise I go to the branch to camp until I get help, now the bill its on nearly R10.000. 02nd August 2021 I went back to the branch was helped by Billy, he told the supervisor who is the manager is not in the shop she went out, I ran some errands 1:30 minutes the said person to help is nowhere in the shop. He said he will tell the supervisor/manager to escalate and will call be before end of business day, till now Thursday 5th August 2021 no call from them. I called the branch Tuesday the 03rdAugust 2021 Billy the guy told me supervisor/manager is off work and there is nothing they can do. Upon on questioning him about the call I expected he said his not Mtn and can do nothing. Either I pay the amount or Mtn will take me to court. So what to do????

I took extra contract with Mtn and specify with the consultant that it should be a topup. To my surprise after a month they say I owe R5000 went to the branch was told to call customer service which I did. After paying monthly subscription they disconnect my lines, called it was reinstated. This morning got an sms that I owe R9300
