No service being rendered
I have been kicked out of the app, been trying for 6 days without any luck. Callcentre staff not assisting or responding to emails, , spoke to different staff members today, being pushed from pillar to post. Service is very poor, how can I be paying for a service which is not being provided from Amber Cooect

ovecharged in VAT
I sent an email on the 29April to Home-Connect advising them that they have been charging me 15.5% VAT instead of 15% over the past 2 years. my email was acknowledged on the 30-04-2025, informing me they will adjust my bill as well as credit my account with the overcharged amount. I received my statement last week, and not a cent credited to my account. I sent a follow up email this morning, only get a reply that they have updated my debit order details. I'm confused now, do I take this up SARS, or what as Home-Connect is now acting BLONDE... IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN HOME CONNECT's dishonesty and lies

Nedbank really messed up. they debited =my account for a replacement card. This card was never received or delivered, after several emails and complaints over a week, my money is still not credited to my account. I have dealt with so may people, and I even emailed the CEO Mike Brown, but even he himself is not concerned (shows what standards is being set by higher ranks). Is it right and legal for Nedbank to debit my account for something which I never received. Nedbank staff: Tarin Sameera (1st rude person, who cut corners and do do follow procedure and have no manners), 2 contact person-Tlamelo Hassen(nothing done, hes on mute), 3 person (Sokhulu Kholwani) empty promises (and last contact person ( Nandipha Matlaletsa manager) promised the word,and that all will be sorted, +plus promised to call me yesteday, now she is a ghost! Nedbank staff LEARNS FROM THEIR SUPERIORS TO TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY, AND THEN DISSAPEAR or ghost their clients. WHO BENEFITES FROM SUCH ******* TRANSACTIONS AT NEDBANK? this IS THEFT! highly dissatisfied with Nedbank's ********* and unprofessional services. please DO NOT TRUST NEDBANK or its staff!
