Traveled 300kms for a family Spa day turn disaster! I found the Spa on Daddy's deals, called to enquire availablity for the French Vanilla package and the lady confirmed the package with a facial, full body massage, Indian head massage, foot massage and a back stub ending with hot stone. She asked me to not use Daddy's deals site to book but to eft 50% and pay the rest at the spa so I did. Got to the spa and they only did a full body massage, the the******s where confused when I asked which treatment is next, they where told to only do full body, so they asked me to called the spa number again while at the spa as the management does not come to the spa in the day, the lady I spoke to was apparently unavailable and the "Manager" an Indian guy, without listening to which package I had paid for he started screaming, ranting and raving about payment which I had done full payment prior to the call, he was rude and did not even listen or ask what was the actual issue, I did full payment for the package advertised and he ****** me and was making excuses talking about payment which had nothing to do with the conversation, he asked for my banking details to refund part of my treatments that was not done and he did not refund me instead he called me trying to justify that because I did not book via Daddy's deals there is nothing I can do about being ******, I paid for a package and received only one part of it, daylight *******!! Will never recommend or go back, no refund was done for the missing services, terrible management!
