19 Jul 2025, 22:48am very unhappy with the service I received from AMC. I have been defrauded by one of AMC Consultants by the name of Busisiwe Mkhondo. On the 23rd of May I paid an amount of R2236 for cutlery set as advised by the Consultant, to date I have not received my cutlery. She is giving me a run around. The cutlery was supposed to be a gift for a family member's birthday. I have never ever been so disappointed in my life. I filed a complaint with AMC and I was blatantly told that the matter is between their Consultant and myself, there's nothing they can do on their side since the Consultant only placed an order, she did not pay for the order. I trusted her since I bought a set of pots, knives and a set of cutlery in January from her to the value of R36k. I would like to believe that AMC as a reputable company would vet their Consultants. They allow fraudsters to represent them. Surely there must be something they can do since their consultants are as good as their representatives. I would advise the general public to think twice before putting their hard earned money in the hands of the fraudsters.
