I am waiting for my refund which was advise it will take 3 days. No one is replying to my mails and my refund is still not done.

#BlackFriday - I get a mail from one of the promoters about the pan I was looking for. However, I am a director of my own company and do not have a personal account (i.e. do not draw a salary), thus my order was cancelled (my own choice), as AMC Cookware insisted that they cannot assist me, their procedures and policies requires a personal account. I have paid a previous order in 9 months (oriiginal term was 15 months), but previous good behaviour does not count for these guys. Are they prepared to bend the rules? No way!

#BlackFriday - I get a mail from one of the promoters about the pan I was looking for. I recently contacted Amc south africa with regards to how there life time guarantee works and what am i covered for .. i get a response from amc south africa that refers me to there policy online .i did advise that i can not understand it and if they could get someone to contact me and explain in lay mans term .unfortunatly i did not recived any feedback after that.had a requested a quote to buy a set i think the outcome would of been different ...please advise

I had ***** on my bank acount send them proof and case nr and made payment arrangement that they accepted and they still went ahead and listed me for arrears on itc after the accepted payment arangement ****ty company

My son bought five pot knobs at the stall in Cresta Shopping Centre on Friday, March 28, 2025. Lulu, at the stall in Clearwater Mall, once told me that if you return the old knobs, the new ones have a 50% discount. My son was unaware of this. Cresta, when I walked pass them by chance, suggested I talk to Jenny Potgieter who referred me to Edith Dioka. Everyone just say nothing can be done. In my opinion the people who sold the knobs to my son should have told him about the discount. This is poor customer service.

Very disappointed in the quality of service they provided me. When it’s time to deliver they go back and forth it’s been 3 weeks now. To top it off you get rude agents when you follow up with them. This is not the first time.
