A month ago i sent in an invoice for a claim to be paid. it has been 1 month and still no resolution or communication. I am following up and my requests are being ignored.
I am waiting for my refund which was advise it will take 3 days. No one is replying to my mails and my refund is still not done.
I have not accepted insurance from platinum life yet my account was debited. I need this money refunded as I am unemployed. How can you sell a policy toan unemployed person nd after I declined my account as debited. I have 3 kids to tke care of and now the money is out of my account. My kids are going hungry because of cash taken from my account.
I have to warn people looking to do any business at Wesbank. I had to close my account because personal information was leaked such as my home address and a Wesbank staff member who stalked myself and my family had access to all my information as Wesbank allows their staff members to look up people's accounts. The same thing happened to my sister. All her accounts was accessed to her ex husband. I felt like I was not safe holding any accounts at Wesbank and had to close my accounts as my life was being threatened. When Wesbank was notified they simply said they are sorry and then it was done. Nothing was done to their staff members accessing people's accounts. It went as far as me changing my children's school as my home address was leaked and I had to move. Be very careful when trusting Wesbank with personal information.
My Refund is not being paid and it's now months later. Every time I call it's 21 days. Every 21 days a new 21 days start.
If i could give 0 stars i would give 0 stars. I have been paying my account on the 20th every month and this was never an issue. My line was suspended this morning because MEB wants the payment for October already. Every other month my account is paid the same this month is an issue.
LEWIS STORES handed my account over for debt collection and I have been making payments every month. What messed up system do you use. In March I paid R3000 and they say my account is in arrears. I have proof that i have been paying via the link i get and they debit my account
If I could give no stars I would give nothing honestly. I regret the day I bought anything from lewis. I want Kgomotso from dobsonville/ roodepoort branch phone number 0105109394 to stop calling me and coming to my house. I said this in my last review I didn't sign my bond away to lewis. She has no manners and talks to me like I'm a child. Even if I pay extra on my account she phones non stop to harass me. So unless she refrains from calling me because I know I have till the 1st to pay my account but according to her I don't. I will be closing this account soon because this has been a nightmare. I have other accounts I pay extra the month before and skip the next month. But lewis dobsonville or roodepoort feels I cannot pay the way I feel like. Which is nonsense.she has no manners I'm not her child.and I'm not sleeping with the manager that they feel they have access to me to collect money from my house. What clown show are you running.
I have been requesting cancellation at the box fashion but i keep getting a mail saying that cancellations will call me and to date nothing has happened. I would like to cancel this subscription.
This will be the second review, Exactly a year ago today I paid up my bears Inspire account and sent proof of payment and paid up letter to lewis stores to update the credit bureau. On Experian it is showing in arrears and this matter is not being resolved. I have sent many emails and made many calls for a whole year but still no resolution. They send me an email saying transunion was updated but Experian hasnt been updated. A WHOLE YEAR.
