Afternoon I bought a battery at Mentioned company in Rustenburg (LBL suppliers pty Ltd)on 26/04/2021. On 07/11/22 I went there it it seems like the battery was not charging- they than check the battery and said it already dead. Meaning 1 cellos gone, I than said to a lady by the name of Sunita if not mistaken - the warranty is 13 months but how possible is it as with my experience at least after 2 years I should understand. She than ask me to I drive a lot and I said not that much for the year I drive more than 20 000km. She just said there is nothing they can do. Invoice number 2550

Bought a battery in March. The battery is faulty, we took it to Dixon to test. When I wanted to take it back (as they say they have a 24month guarantee), I was told in no uncertain terms that they will not exchange the battery. In the "gentleman's" own words " what are you going to do about it? sue me? He assured me there are so many people that come there and threaten him with lawyers, and he does not care. Horrible people. Terrible service. Horrendous quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY

Bought a battery in March. The battery is faulty, we took it to Dixon to test. We have bought a battery on the 3rd of June 2022 in Rustenburg, American Bettery. On the 1st of September the car did not want to start. So we took the battery back to them to findout what is wrong. They told us we have sound in the car and a tracker so that drained the battery, and the battery is to small for the car. But they have gave us a bigger battery as what we had in before. And now it still the wrong size. So they have charged it and said we must come and collect the battery the following day. We sent our father because he drives with the car. He took the car back to them with the battery and sound in. And they start testing the battery again and test everything on the car for if something is draining the battery and there was nothing. And the wrote on the back of the slip ( Batt toets 13.1 alternator is reg 99% kaans iets was aan gelos hul het musiek gespeel) but we live in a complex that the rules state you may not listen to hard music or music in your car. So why would we do it.

Battery purchased August 2018 was given an 18 month guarantee from American Battery and the battery still holds from the supplier a guarantee, today 30 April 2019 went to replace faulty battery from the branch purchased to be told that the branch in Boksburg was under new management and was forwarded to the Three Rivers, Vereeniging branch whom I then contacted. I spoke to Andre and Malcolm who are now renegading on the warranty coming up with all sorts of stories, eventhough the battery is still within its warranty period on the battery casing. Andre and Malcolm are complete liars! Do not support them (American Batteries, Three Rivers, Vereeniging), you will be taken for a ride.

I want to compliment the excellent service I received from the Salesman named Herman at the Parys Branch, he went out of his way to assist me when my battery died after travelling from Germiston. His service and after service was fantastic. The Parys Branch never had the correct battery for my Car, he phone his other branches and located the correct battery at the Sasolburg Branch, he went all the way to Sasolburg to collect the battery and even came to the house where I was visiting family to fit the battery for me. Excellent Service I highly recommend this company.
