Disgusting service and even more disgusting food under new owner and management. Prices are exhorbitant for tiny portions of food. No Toilet paper available in the toilets. The Owner disappeared out the restuarant after numerous complaints from our table, after waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for the food to arrive, and when it arrived it was cold and tasteless. Spring Rolls burnt and tiny with hardly any filling. I will never ever go there again.
Took my family to House of Ribs Boksburg to celebrate my granddaughters 15th birthday. The food was absolutely disgusting, the meat tasted like Green pepper. The Coleslaw had no maynnaise, dry and tasteless, the beetroot was enough to make one gag. The Hamburgers from the Kiddies menu were very disapointing, the buns were dry and stale, the patties burnt totally inedible. And then to make matters worse we all had upset stomachs the whole weekend. I will never go there again. Total waste of money. Only positive note the Server was extremely pleasant
Placed an order for PS4 on the 21st December 2021, for my grandson’s Christmas present, I kept tracking the order. The date kept changing we tried emailing, then sending whattsapp messages, tried calling numerous times not answer and the voicemail box was full so was unable to leave a message. On the 26th the money was reversed back into my bank account. No explanation no email nothing. First and last time I will ever deal with this company. I had a very disappointed 14 year old grandson, who never received a gift from his Gran. Thank goodness I got my money back.
I reported White Pages South Africa yesterday for harrassing me. Once again today the same person contacted me, when I try tell her to delete our business contact details and to stop harassing us, she hangs up. Please can someone provide me with a contact number to report this company.
Our business was contacted a few weeks ago with an offer to update our records on White Pages, I requested they send an email with this request. We replied declining the offer. I have been receiving calls everyday for about 3 weeks now, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day from the same call centre agent Hazel with the same offer, she has been informed that our business is not interested and to kindly remove our contact details from their call list. Yesterday I received 3 calls from her, and today 2 calls and after I tell her to stop phoning, she puts the phone down without apologising or saying goodbye. Please train your call centre to listen to people who are not interested and to stop harassing them. This is highly unprofessional.
I want to compliment the excellent service I received from the Salesman named Herman at the Parys Branch, he went out of his way to assist me when my battery died after travelling from Germiston. His service and after service was fantastic. The Parys Branch never had the correct battery for my Car, he phone his other branches and located the correct battery at the Sasolburg Branch, he went all the way to Sasolburg to collect the battery and even came to the house where I was visiting family to fit the battery for me. Excellent Service I highly recommend this company.
After dialing *111# to load data, I accidentally went into an option which for some gaming company called N Mobile Club, I immediately escaped out of the app. This company has been deducting money off my account. I called Vodacom Customer Services to find out what is happening and was told that they can only cancel this app but cannot refund my money as these companies contract directly to networks. I ask for the number for NMobile Club which they give to me and I then phone the number and its for another business. I am so sick and tired of Vodacom not stopping these thieving companies accessing there loyal clients accounts. I never gave NMobile Club any permission to deduct money off my account, all I did was go onto there website by accident.
<p>After receiving excellent service from CCD Couriers when they delivered my Investec Bank Credit Card, I decided to use their services in delivering an urgent parcel for our business to one of our Clients. I contacted them and informed them I have a parcel ready for collection and would they be able to deliver this small parcel to my Client in Centurion before Midday the next day? The parcel was collected from my premises within the hour and as promised delivered before midday. Thank you CCD Couriers for your Outstanding Service.</p>

I was contacted by the call centre informing me of the process in the delivery of my Card, The Driver kept me updated on his ETA status, and arrived promptly at the exact time. Both the Call Centre Agent and the driver were pleasant and polite. So refreshing dealing with such efficiency.</p>
