Disgusting food and stingy chefs
Will never ever ever ever order food from them again. I went and got takeaways last night for a birthday and when I placed my order was told 20 minutes until I could collect. I came 35 minutes later because that's when I finished work to which they told me they ran out of fish and needed another 15 minutes to fix this! | was late for my birthday dinner- I got my food 50 minutes after ordering and my sushi was disgusting! It had almost no fish as you can see below. Some pieces had no crab whatsoever ! The spring rolls were also horrible! When I called them their response was " this is how we always make our sushi". Disappointed to say the least! R300 thrown down the drain! They didn't help me with any reimbur*****t or anything. I will never go again and will advise everyone to not go either!

Shocking Service, Disgusting Tasteless Food in Bedfordview
Disgusting service and even more disgusting food under new owner and management. Prices are exhorbitant for tiny portions of food. No Toilet paper available in the toilets. The Owner disappeared out the restuarant after numerous complaints from our table, after waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for the food to arrive, and when it arrived it was cold and tasteless. Spring Rolls burnt and tiny with hardly any filling. I will never ever go there again.

The restaurant once again has a new owner. What supposed to be a Japanese restaurant is now a Chinese restaurant ***gy back off the old menu. I am not over exaggerating when I say that ALL their fried foods such as Agadeshi tofu, dumplings as well as the Tempura AND their chicken chow mein was all over fried. The chicken was overcooked and burnt. Service was *** slow and they keep forgetting to bring half of the stuffs that we ordered not forgetting to mention that the milkshake taste like milk and powder - Super M milkshake taste way better FYI. You wanna a real authentic Japanese restaurant??? Try Japa in Rivonia Boulevard where everything is authentic Japanese!

I ordered off of their buy one get one free of the same order menu. My order California Roll 8 Pieces - supposed to get 1 free Fashion Sandwich 8 Pieces - supposed to get 1 free Maki 8 Pieces - supposed to get 1 free The uber driver on his bike only delivered 1 - 8 piece on my whole order, when I tried flagging the driver down and called out for his mistake he just kept driving. I called Jungle Susi and Teppanyaki and the man said he cant assist me I have to sort this out with Uber as they dont keep record of the deliveries going out. Horrible service and I just lost over R200-00 worth of food. 2 other ladies in my office also tried flagging the driver down with no luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
