SHARKS - FALSE ADVERTISING AND OVER BILLING SERVICED NOT IN USE
Afrihost made me pay R1247.00 (no way of me making use of the service since I do not have the product fully installed) then decided to debit me another R397.00 this morning (still not having use of the package as I will only be receiving the router today).

I had an incident where CASH CRUSADERS LAMBTON sold my brand new Xbox without permission!!! Their head office called me and said I must please send him my original proof of payments on my XBox that I had paid a loan agreement. I did it but they still mail me asking for the same proof of payments and dont resolve my issue where they sold my items without legal right!!!!!!!!!!!!! Till today this has not been resolved and I as a client just have to sit back and be happy that a total stranger has bought my stuff against a signed agreement!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed an agreement with cash crusaders lambton on 4 January 2024 against my brand new Xbox S Series 512GB (sealed in its original box) for an amount of R3000-00. I then within this month I contacted Cash crusaders to find out how I make payment towards my account, I was then advised that I go online and create a profile with my ID number linked to the agreement and make a payment towards the agreement account online, this will then result in my agreement being extended. As attached on my emails to them - 1st Proof of payment dated - 3 February 2024 an amount of R691.65 was paid with Payment Reference (As provided on my account agreement details online). I then made a 2nd payment as per the attached on my email to them dated - 29 February 2024 for and amount of R1000-00 with Reference (Again as provided on my account agreement details online. Today 2 April 2024 I contacted Cash Crusaders to enquire when I can make my last payment in order to collect my property and I was then informed my Xbox has been sold as my agreement has expired (without notification to me that my property is being sold) . Where in any credit act does it say that an item can be sold while it is being paid for by the rightful owner? By law I have not missed a payment and I have paid my debts as set out in the National Credit Act. I want this resolved. My property was ********ly sold while I have been making repayments of my property. I have blocked my console to prevent any use/access from a third party (Cash Crusader buyer) and I will be reporting my Item with all supporting documentation and proof of payments as ******. On my attached proof of payments you had NO legal right to sell my property when I am making repayments. I want my original property back in the condition it was handed to Cash Crusaders Lanbton ( as I was making the last outstanding payment today, when I found out you already sold my property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nkosi Thulisile release stock without any right! I will report you and your branch on Hello Peter and all head offices!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE
I ordered off of their buy one get one free of the same order menu. My order California Roll 8 Pieces - supposed to get 1 free Fashion Sandwich 8 Pieces - supposed to get 1 free Maki 8 Pieces - supposed to get 1 free The uber driver on his bike only delivered 1 - 8 piece on my whole order, when I tried flagging the driver down and called out for his mistake he just kept driving. I called Jungle Susi and Teppanyaki and the man said he cant assist me I have to sort this out with Uber as they dont keep record of the deliveries going out. Horrible service and I just lost over R200-00 worth of food. 2 other ladies in my office also tried flagging the driver down with no luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER
This is the second time in a few months that I make a payment to my rain account via the my rain app, and then these people debit another payment off of my account the very next morning and refuse to refund me. DO NOT LOAD ANY BANKING DETAILS ON THEIR APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAD SERVICE
I have a unforeseen financial difficulty, I called Connect Financial Solutions to set up a payment arrangement for the next sis months so that my account does not fall in arrears. They say they are not able to set up a payment arrangement as my account is not in arrears as yet so they will keep debiting the installment as usual and if I cant make the payment I must deposit cash into their account as much as I can afford. What is the use of a payment arrangement if they are not willing to help. To keep debiting my account and mess my credit score up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DONT WANT TO SKIP PAYMENTS I JUST NEED TO PAY LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER
I have been awaiting assistance for the 3rd day now. A lady called requesting different bank statements and never called back again. They have loaded a Debi check on my bank account but I have received no money from them as yet.... How do you load a debit order if you have not delivered a service???

Vwry bad service from Sandra at frankie fat cake elspark!!!! Second time i order feom them and not all my items are in my bag! They argue and refuse to give their managers details to customers!
