Will never ever ever ever order food from them again. I went and got takeaways last night for a birthday and when I placed my order was told 20 minutes until I could collect. I came 35 minutes later because that's when I finished work to which they told me they ran out of fish and needed another 15 minutes to fix this! | was late for my birthday dinner- I got my food 50 minutes after ordering and my sushi was disgusting! It had almost no fish as you can see below. Some pieces had no crab whatsoever ! The spring rolls were also horrible! When I called them their response was " this is how we always make our sushi". Disappointed to say the least! R300 thrown down the drain! They didn't help me with any reimbur*****t or anything. I will never go again and will advise everyone to not go either!
Worst service I have ever received. Booked for a fibre installation over 2 weeks ago and let them know the day I would need installation as it was the day I’m moving into my new house. They guaranteed me everyday (including the day of) that they would be there on the day to set up on the day and never pitched! I have contacted them since and they have not come today either and said they will try their best to install tomorrow??? I let them know I work at home and it’s urgent and still nothing was done. No call backs as I was promised either. They are beyond pathetic !!!
I applied to do my PGCE for 2023 and although I did not have much knowledge about it, Chris Houghton was very assistance and provided me prompt feedback and guided me every step of the way. Highly recommend going to him with any queries
Budget insurance is so disappointing. I got into an accident September 1st, and not only did they take over a month to tell me what’s happening with the car, I have now been waiting over a week to receive money from my premiums, and was told I would get it last week. I have called and messaged everyday to no avail. I’m so disappointed in this service I have received. Definitely do not recommend doing your insurance through them! You will be months with no car and headaches from trying to get them to communicate efficiently! So sad and disappointed.
Budget insurance is the worst insurance I have ever seen in action. I got into a car accident over 3 weeks ago (1 September), and not only did they take over 2 weeks to even come and look at the car, they have STILL not given me an outcome after assessing it. I’ve phoned them over 50 times over the past 3 weeks and it is always “ I’ll call you tomorrow” or “by the end of the day” and they never do. Myself or my father always have to phone them back. This is pathetic service and they have been so unhelpful throughout the entire process! I can tell it’s going to be another 2 months without the car and a lot more chasing of these people to get answers of when we will know what’s happening with the car!!! Is it fixable? Is it not? I’m furious, they do not care we have been carless for 3 weeks and they have made no effort to resolve this quickly, and we have complained numerous times! As soon as this matter is resolved, I am switching insurances. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! I do not even know how they are still in business if this is how they carry on.
