SHE (STADIO Higher Education)
Based on recent customer reviews, SHE (STADIO Higher Education) presents a deeply polarised student experience. Individual staff members are frequently praised by name for exceptional, patient service, particularly during registration and IT support. However, systemic administrative failures, poor communication across channels, unresolved financial disputes, and inconsistent results handling create significant frustration. The institution scores well when students encounter dedicated individuals but struggles with process reliability and institutional responsiveness.

I have been struggling for quite some time to obtain assistance regarding distance learning. There is absolutely no support with applications, as the entire process is automated. The system repeatedly fails to produce any positive outcome, and no one ever provides feedback. The only response you receive is a reference number. I have sent numerous emails, all of which generate automatic replies, but no actual person ever contacts you. It has become extremely frustrating to receive any answers or to reach someone who is able to assist. My emails have now reached a point where they are blocked, and the delivery status shows “undelivered.” When you call, the person on the line appears to have received no training and cannot provide any information. They always escalate the matter to a manager, who never calls you back. Secondly, an application was submitted to Stadio for credits for previous modules completed at another institution. Although the credits were approved, this approval now seems to contradict the continuation of my studies, as it is not being taken into account.

This institution is the epitome of ineptitude. It is quite remarkable how they have managed to disappoint and enrage at every corner throughout my PGCE. I decided to end my complaint list to STADIO at point 24, as I grew tired. However, the gist of it is that they have a terrible administrative department, underqualified course convenors (who I had to correct on several occassions), no assigned lectures (but yes, the distance learning fee is the same as contact learning fee), and of course, as I was studying under the department of Education, and training prospective educators to be competent, they return your first assignment with the feedback after you write your final exam. Well done, STADIO. You are royally the worst. Also, don't contact me. Just be better.

Stadio, I am disappointed in all the automated responses that don't assist for basic enquiries, emails, calls are forever on standby, social media call to action are for show and no one gets back to clients. I have been trying to enquire so I can get a sense of what I will be signing up for and if the platform can give me want I am trying to achieve. Please introduce more human elements to your services Ai can only do the minimum

I am writing to raise concern about the high failure rate in the ETP172 module. Many students are repeatedly failing this subject, which delays graduation and creates serious financial strain, especially for those studying through loans. It is also concerning that several students who apply for remarking receive mark increases of more than 20%. This raises questions about the consistency and fairness of the marking process. Additionally, the pass rate for ECP172 is much higher, although the modules are similar. This difference needs to be reviewed to ensure fairness and academic support. Students invest a great deal of money in their education and deserve transparency, consistency, and proper support. I kindly request that this matter be investigated.

The institution has no interest in assisting me. I have paid over R42 000 for my PGCE 2025 academic year which I feel is money down the drain. My TP701 marks appeared as "0" and "did not write" even though I have tried to sort out the issue since September 2025. I had submitted all of the required documentation on semester 1 but did not receive the results. I then emailed Q Desk and did not receive the assistance. I then emailed the lecturer Mr Cliff Murugan. The lecturer rep**** on the 13th of August instructing that I resubmit MLA 4 via Q Desk which I did. After resubmitting in August, I did a follow up with Q Desk. Ticket #552146, which was sent by Khumo Tsiane on the 26th of September, confirmed that they did receive the resubmission and that my marks will be amended. When semester 2 results were released, the TP701 marks were still missing. Till date I have sending emails and not being assisted. I was told marks take a long time to be amended, however I do not understand because it has been months now but I am still not being assisted. This has caused so much distress and inconvenience to me. I have missed out on a job opportunity at the school I was working at. There is so much mental breakdowns one faces after enrolling with Stadio. The institution does not put the needs of students first. On the 13th of August my registration for second semester was finalized. The following month I received my fee statement. I the planned and budgeted for the amount appearing on the statement sent to me by stadio. Months later towards the end of the year, the institution then adds R2900 for EUC to my statement which I also registered on the 13th of August. This has also caused a lot of financial stress on my side. I have paid over R42 000, which as stipulated by my fee statement. It is very disappointing that the institution does not take into account that students` finances. This has also caused me a lot of distress. The Musgrave campus has no interest for PGCE students instead they tell you to call Krugersdrop. All I request from the institution is for the to resend me my results with my TP701 marks amended. My student number is 252383459. I request this to be sent to me on student email and not via a phone call. When you get ahold of someone from Stadio via a call it is just empty promises hence why I request to be communicated with via my student email.

Do not recommend I'm quite disappointed with how stadio communicate with their students, especially distance learning students. We literally have to chase everyone just to get a simple communication from them. Marks were sent to be amended but there is no communication from them when they will be out or if they are out already. My mental health is hanging on a thread honestly. I've been calling but I can't even get through.

Words like 'amazing,' 'star,' and 'gem' appear frequently, reflecting genuinely caring human interactions.
The most common complaint, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Pricing, Premiums & Transparency.
