I have been struggling for quite some time to obtain assistance regarding distance learning. There is absolutely no support with applications, as the entire process is automated. The system repeatedly fails to produce any positive outcome, and no one ever provides feedback. The only response you receive is a reference number. I have sent numerous emails, all of which generate automatic replies, but no actual person ever contacts you. It has become extremely frustrating to receive any answers or to reach someone who is able to assist. My emails have now reached a point where they are blocked, and the delivery status shows “undelivered.” When you call, the person on the line appears to have received no training and cannot provide any information. They always escalate the matter to a manager, who never calls you back. Secondly, an application was submitted to Stadio for credits for previous modules completed at another institution. Although the credits were approved, this approval now seems to contradict the continuation of my studies, as it is not being taken into account.

Stadio, I am disappointed in all the automated responses that don't assist for basic enquiries, emails, calls are forever on standby, social media call to action are for show and no one gets back to clients. I have been trying to enquire so I can get a sense of what I will be signing up for and if the platform can give me want I am trying to achieve. Please introduce more human elements to your services Ai can only do the minimum

I went in on Tuesday morning with some canvas login issues and he was so patient, attentive, and professional in helping me. What truly stood out is that he even took the time after hours to ensure that I was assisted until everything was resolved. Thanks to his dedication, I am now able to log into my Canvas account without any issues. His commitment and willingness to go the extra mile made such a difference, and I am truly grateful for his excellent service.
