To whom this may concern. This will be the second time that I received a pair of takkies from American Clothing that molded and broke in less then a month. This is disappointing and the mere fact that your clerk could contact me in less the 5 minutes to advise that your Wynberg branch is blatantly discarding my concerns is considered rather unethical and definitely far from customer centric. If you see my previous correspondence below, you will note that 2 pairs in 2 months is a problem. If not, I think I should advise potential customers of the quality of apparel and attitude of your employees.
