Initially I bought a 10.1 Inch Anriod Tablet in in February 2014 on the online store with a Bluetooth Keyboard cover to be shipped to South Africa. <br> <br> When the items or rather the item arrived the keyboard was not in the package. When I followed up with them they said they forgot to include it in to the package. I had to pay almost R400 extra on the Keyboard's Customs Money due to their fault, that is in additional to the customs I paid for the tablet. <br> <br> Few months down the line the Tablet stopped working. I reported it immediatlely which was in July as I was using my tablet on a daily basis as a student. I never received feedback. I have now again contacted them numerous times as it is almoast a year later and yet still no feedback.<br> <br> This is utter poor custemor service and it is 1000's of km over the sea not like I can just pop in and exchange the item.<br> <br> This is unfortunatly not a online shop which I will say is trustworthy or excellent. I am very disponded and will not advice anyone to buy anything online from AMERICAN PUMPKINS!
