If no star was an option I would've selected it. This guy is taking everyone for a ride. He has collected my stuff from storage but since had excuses everytime first changing collection date at storage, literally arrived 30min before closing time. Then since had excuses every single day. He starts off with very practical things which seems like unforseen events delaying the delivery and then he starts with empty promises. This has been going on for weeks now. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS GUY OR HIS **** COMPANY!

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!!!!!!! Greenstone is the worst panelbeaters ever!!!! I called to confirm my car is with Renew-it Greenstone branch once I have received the message from the insurance. It was confirmed my car is there and it will take approximately 21 working days. 6 days later I received a call from another Renew-it branch asking permission to release my car to Renew-it Greenstone. I was confused as I was under the impression my car is already being worked on. Everyday was a fight to understand what is going, what is the progress and to receive communication. The emails were unprofessional explaining progress, the staff started avoiding my calls and rarely call me back when they had to find details out of my car. No one was willing to take responsibility even though the voice recording of my very first call confirmed my car was there. Everyone passed the bucket it's the insurance's responsibility to extend rental car hire and they said it's Renew-it's responsibility to sort me out as client. I am in a different province than where the car was being panelbeated. Eventually I called after a week again before I had to return the rental vehicle which has been extended by the insurance after a fight... Just to get told they have not worked on the car cause the machine straightening the body work is out of order. Two and a half months down the line my car was sorted out! This is unacceptable! Surely there must be a standard and reasonable timeframe and most of all consistency in a process like this. It's stressful enough to go through this, YOU as Renew-it is not suppose to add to our stress and frustration!!!!!!!! I I could give NO STAR rating I would! This place should either get new management, employees or just close down!
I was involved in an accident with my car in a different province from my residential province. The person who took the call while I was on scene was great. From there nothing happened the way it was suppose to. There was a 13 day delay with the process of my claim. I had to get the previous confirmation letters of all my insurances myself as it was apparently not received by the insurance after request, which would've led to my claim being rejected. Further more there was a confusion where my car is at the Renew branch a week later, after I contacted and confirmed my car is at Renew Greenstone. It was a fight literally to get extension on the rental vehicle and have someone assisting me with all the delays and challenges. Everyone had a different story. Eventually I was told to call the complaint centre... 27 people later excluding the people at Renew it who I had to struggle with... I ended up sorting everything out myself as I had to call for updates myself. The call centre for complaints is USELESS and rude and treat you like you don't understand yourself. Thank you to the gentleman who took my details during my claim when I needed assistance on scene and Marilize who tried to assist once. An insurance I will not recommend to anyone!!!!

Initially I bought a 10.1 Inch Anriod Tablet in in February 2014 on the online store with a Bluetooth Keyboard cover to be shipped to South Africa. <br> <br> When the items or rather the item arrived the keyboard was not in the package. When I followed up with them they said they forgot to include it in to the package. I had to pay almost R400 extra on the Keyboard's Customs Money due to their fault, that is in additional to the customs I paid for the tablet. <br> <br> Few months down the line the Tablet stopped working. I reported it immediatlely which was in July as I was using my tablet on a daily basis as a student. I never received feedback. I have now again contacted them numerous times as it is almoast a year later and yet still no feedback.<br> <br> This is utter poor custemor service and it is 1000's of km over the sea not like I can just pop in and exchange the item.<br> <br> This is unfortunatly not a online shop which I will say is trustworthy or excellent. I am very disponded and will not advice anyone to buy anything online from AMERICAN PUMPKINS!
