The National Consumer Tribunal has ordered BA Transferals owner to pay me back for the ****** luggage and laundry line. After the stipulated 10 business days to payback the money, they requested the Gauteng High Court to review and set aside the judgment. We are approaching that process now. Estimates for the entire process is 9 months. I will fight ******* until justice is done. I am ready for this fight. If you do not want to struggle, do not use BA Transferals at all!

Since 28 May 2024 I have been asking BA Transferals to refund me for my luggage and foldable laundry line worth R40 000. They had indicated to have insurance, yet they cannot produce the name of the insurance. The owner has been using abusive language and tries in every way to avoid authorities. My case is now with the National Consumer Tribunal and he is trying to stall it. Please stay away from this company. It will leave you broken. My case with the SAPS has not moved forward because the prosecutor needs to prove "intent" in order to prosecute for theft. Please vigilant!

Since 28 May 2024 I have been asking BA Transferals to refund me for my luggage and foldable laundry line worth R40 000. They had indicated to have insurance, yet they cannot produce the name of the insurance. The owner has been using abusive language and tries in every way to avoid authorities. My case is now with the National Consumer Tribunal and he is trying to stall it. Please stay away from this company. It will leave you broken. I booked our move on 6 October 2025. Bill promised he can assist as he have a truck coming thru on Friday 10 October 2025. I gladly except as we urgently needed our things here. He demanded at least 50% before he can book the load. He said that if we pay the full amount we will get 10% off, and that is what we did. We send hom the proof of payment that same day. The next morning I get a voice note via WhatsApp that he request that we must pay the 10% discount as he made a calculation error. We refused as that is according to the Quote/invoice that he gave us. He also promised to send us the receipt and the Collection and Delivery order tha Tuesday 7 October 2025. which we are still waiting for. From there on it's been stories and excuses of delay one after the other... It is now almost a week and he still has not picked up our things. We send a written Cancellation to him as he cannot keep his end of the deal and now he wants to tell us that he will only pay back 25% of the costs that we have paid as the rest is "Cancellation fee and bridge of contract" but he is the one in the wrong. This guy clearly don't care about his business reputation as he doesn't care if there is a police case opened against him or not. He also don't care about social media, but we believe Social media cane make or break a business.

Booked Billy to do a move on the 28th of August 2025, never pitched, neither have received my refund. R2500 lost. Keeps on saying he will pay the money, making promises to keep you from opening a ***** case. He now blocked me on WhatsApp and Facebook so he leave me no choice but to go public

So my previous review was removed cause I didnt see the mail in time asking for proof. So this time I am ready will all proof that we paid these *$_÷>%&*. Truck "had a delay" on day of move anx arrived 7 hours late. Sent a too small truck and blaimed us for not listing items correctly. I have all proof that we conducted ourselves in the correct manner. Now telling insurance company he nevet moved us but I have all photos and messages Gladly use him (probably now under a new name) if you wanna lose your mind and belongings. What an embarressmant he is to the business sector.

If no star was an option I would've selected it. This guy is taking everyone for a ride. He has collected my stuff from storage but since had excuses everytime first changing collection date at storage, literally arrived 30min before closing time. Then since had excuses every single day. He starts off with very practical things which seems like unforseen events delaying the delivery and then he starts with empty promises. This has been going on for weeks now.
