I’ve had a wonderful experience with Takealot. I’ve only returned one thing and refund was immediate. I’m currently happy with their services. I hope they continue to provide great service to me.
The National Consumer Tribunal has ordered BA Transferals owner to pay me back for the ****** luggage and laundry line. After the stipulated 10 business days to payback the money, they requested the Gauteng High Court to review and set aside the judgment. We are approaching that process now. Estimates for the entire process is 9 months. I will fight ******* until justice is done. I am ready for this fight. If you do not want to struggle, do not use BA Transferals at all!
No contact from this company and yet they are charging for their "services"! I am very unhappy with their lack of their service, they will do nothing for you. Their customer service is a copy and paste response! If you haven't, do not use this company. Stay away and look up ClearScore. Much better and I completely and fully recommend it.

Since 28 May 2024 I have been asking BA Transferals to refund me for my luggage and foldable laundry line worth R40 000. They had indicated to have insurance, yet they cannot produce the name of the insurance. The owner has been using abusive language and tries in every way to avoid authorities. My case is now with the National Consumer Tribunal and he is trying to stall it. Please stay away from this company. It will leave you broken. My case with the SAPS has not moved forward because the prosecutor needs to prove "intent" in order to prosecute for theft. Please vigilant!
They have low speeds and unfair FUP (Fair Usage Policy). I decided to cancel and they offered their useless 3 months retention deal. Half off! Of course I took it and now they won't cancel after the 3 months passes and want to keep me for an additional 2 months. I struggle with their connection all the time and I thought during this retention period, they would do anything to try and retain me as a customer but nothing has changed thus my request to leave them! They failed to retain me, they failed to improve their connections, they have impossible standards with a weak internet connection and have rigid rules. I cannot go on with unreliable internet for the next 4 months. Instead of improving they decide to take my money regardless of their weak service. I struggle to watch my Upskillist course videos. Even opening a document is a mission. Stay away from them!
I have not received my washing machine and my large luggage with all my clothes! it has been 45 days now and counting. you would not believe how arrogant and useless their service is. terrible customer service and no proof at all that my items are safe.
I am angry and very disappointed! Billy Lightfoot has not respect for his customers. They promise 7 - 14 days delivery and that is A LIE! my furniture was collected on the 24th of May and till today I have not received it. he has been promising that it would be delivered on Friday last week, then Sunday then Monday and now he is quiet. He is a complete ****mer and I advise you not to trust them at all. and he even wanted me to pay full fees before they delivered. he literally has all my life packed somewhere and refuses to deliver. and his responses are so nonchalant and no care given at all. not to mention, when he wants pop he wants it immediately. and he has not even provided a proper invoice.
Telkom is ridiculous! I have heard of collecting fees after a debit order has rejected but not a debit order rejection fee where the debit order was returned. I literally made a manual payment way before they could even alert me that the debit order has been rejected. I am disappointed at this annoying behaviour and it is absolutely *********! Why in the world are they charging this and how do they explain it? hate them. R202 for doing nothing? I am already being charged by my own bank and they charge for what?
