Meat World Alberton
I have noted how people rate Meat World at five stars. Consider this ,they sell beef short rib at R139.95.They then cut the same short rib more chunkier and call it Poitjie beef and charge R 149.95 for the same cut of meat just by calling it some thing else. R10 more per kilo for the same cut. ******* to say the least. Unfortunately customers are to naïve to realise they are being ripped of by this retail store. Unless you have more money then Brains, make a point to check of what you are paying. These guys don't abide to any ethics.

Fresh meat always. The smell upon cooking also let's you know how fresh the meat is. Definitely gained a customer.

Centurion Meat World bad quality
The quality of the meat is really bad. The beef patties have a foul smell. The Jalapeno Wors smells sour. The hygiene has also gone down. They qualify is very very bad. I was a loyal customer but not anymore.

Bad service for chantelle
Meat world Verwoerdpark gave me the out most bad service to day 02/012026 i ask the lady chantelle behind the counter about the biltong and her answer was i can see how it looks that is cutted and that is not what my question was so then se gave me a bad look

Poor quality meat
Third time had to get rid of meat. Charge you a premium for mince meat that smells like pet mince. Today again got pork sausage and it smells rotten. Save you money and buy from a reputable butcher. Will never buy from Meat world Witbank again.

Poor quality meat
Third time had to get rid of meat. Charge you a premium for mince meat that smells like pet mince. Today again got pork sausage and it smells rotten. Save you money and buy from a reputable butcher. Will never buy from Meat world Witbank again.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Meat World *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* The quality of meat isn't bad, but the service is really not worth it!!! I bought meat there 3 weeks ago to the value of R140. The cashier used a faulty card machine, resulting in my bank account being charged twice! My bank can't reverse it because of it being a different bank to mine. I complained, sent in the proof of the 2 charges multiple times in the last 3 weeks... Managements response: they don't see the 2 payments. So not their problem. However my bank looked into it and noted that there definitely was two charges. Management of meat world feels nothing for their clients!!!!! Sickening. Can you imagine the damage if the charges were for a bigger amount???? Absolutely ridiculous!!!

****** at Meat world Gateway, Centurion
We were severely ********** by meat world today. For almost 5 years my stokvel and I have been buying meat at meat world and the service has been great. We went to meat world to buy meat today to the amount of R30000(we bought 3 hind quaters amounting to R21000 and R9000 for 3 whole lambs) We were totally shocked when we went to collect the meat later on that day as the meat we got was not worth the money we paid, it was actually appalling, The meat we received was not all the meat we paid for and we believe out meat was stashed in the meat cutting unit, as we are not allowed to go in there.The service we got from a guy named Luis was extremely bad. The guy was very arrogant, pompous, and was not willing to help us, we had to explain to him that we have been coming there for years. The stokvel ladies are unhappy and want to lay a formal complaint that we got **********. We believe we were not given all our meat. We would like assistance on this matter, we worked extremely hard to save the money for the whole year only to get ********** by a store we have trusted for years. What happened today was disheartening especially with the current financial situation in south Africa and to be ****** by a store we have trusted for so many years. Something fishy is happening in meat world Gateway in Centurion.
