Biltong

This is my 2nd time to leave a bad review you need to train you staff big difference between wet and dry You guys is really going downwords It use te be the best biltong and drywors but lately is the biltong over spiced and salty and not eatable and the dry wors is also not good as if the recipe is changed and you cant get Meduim dry Drywors it is alway wet or dry not eatable and over spice and so less fat. You asked for medium to dry give you a Little piece to see if you get home them all the drywors is wet real sklem people sorry to say and the taste is terrible it is really over spiced and no fat in the drywors and people talk a few people said the same thing. Hope this can get sorted soon
